Donuts and muffins are always fresh and rarely out of items. But their drinks….. I always order a large hot macchiato and they are rarely full. But today has to be the worst! Just a little over 1/2 full yet I paid the price for a large. My husbands drink had soooo much ice. Couldn’t be much actual liquid. Very disappointing!! Treat your customers better!

I’ve stopped by a few times and due to not having enough staff they can’t serve food also stopped by a couple time’s & saw a note at the drive thru they had to close down for a few hours also due to not having enough staff I can see it happening every now & then the employee’s that they do have only can do so much I get that but it’s really starting to become a normal routine very annoying

Quality has gone down hill significantly, whether that be Dunkin’ recipes or this stores execution of said recipes. I ordered a peppermint mocha and got chocolate milk that was shipped in the same truck as some peppermint candies. It was the most disappointing cup of “coffee” I’ve had in a long time. The staff themselves are friendly and quick, but the product will not have me returning anytime soon.
