Extremely rude. I wanted to get lunch at 12:54 on a Saturday. The dinning was locked and blocked off. When I tried to get someone to respond I was ignored. I knocked on the door, some dark skinned girl just looked at me, smiled and walked a way. I will NEVER return here will tell my friends to go somewhere that respects customers.

Wow so I asked one of the workers about my order being wrong I ordered 25 Munchkins 15 Chocolate/ 10 Blueberry and I received a whole mess of glazed and powdered. So i asked a guy about it and he said “CANT HELP YOU I ONLY MAKE FOOD” in a really ignorant voice, and then went on to laugh in the back. Just avoid this place, the one Younger taller light skinned boy was very nice and just told me to keep it and he got me the right order, he needs a raise or a better job because everyone seemed rude.

There seems to be low morale every time I go in there, no one greets anyone, most are frowning , no matter how long anyone is standing there there is no acknowledgement, or “I’ll be there with you in a minute”. I honestly do not blame the team members, this is a management issue, either managers are hiring the wrong people, or managers are mediocre and they’re causing bad morale. Either way, it’s a shame because I love DD coffee.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but today my inner basic b decided to take over. I order coffee almost EVERY DAY before work (Amazon, right behind the building), and usually it’s perfect. Today- not so much. I enjoy a “dirty” chai every now & again, so I figured I’d get my usual order (usually a cold brew with cold foam) in chai form with cold foam and an extra shot of espresso. I recieved this, and the woman working about RAN out of the window when I looked a little confused as to what she was handing me. If I pay extra for something, I’m expecting that something to be included in/with my drink, especially when it’s almost a dollar to add it.

I work at amazon which means I have a limited break, I order ahead on my phone and have walked in multiple times on a Sunday and I understand it’s busy but you shouldn’t act like you don’t see Or walk past a customer multiple times standing there needing help. If I order 10-15 mins ahead of my break my order she be correct and ready, But it never is on Sundays. They forgot my donut today so I stood there for an extra 5 mins until someone asked what I needed I got the donut but without sprinkles (ordered w/ sprinkles) and when she put it in the bag the icing is basically all on the inside of the bag. I don’t usually complain but I promise fast food is not that hard to work. 🙂
