When you go in to order, they ignore you for 10 mins and then after they take your order they just make mobile orders. Maybe try getting your priorities straight. I ordered a single item and they made the exact same thing for a mobile order.

EVERY time I go here my order is wrong, and it doesn’t matter if I order at the counter or online. read the screen. seriously. it’s not that hard, I’ve done it, and I have two braincells left. there’s only one person that works in the Dunkin that’s worth anything and that’s the short lady with freckles and the sweet voice; she makes sure things are right.

Love this Dunkin. The store it self is not fancy, it’s a half gas station, half Dunkin, not like a full store, but I always get the kind of service I’m Looking for here. Nice, personable people, conversational as long as it doesn’t interfere with business, and they recognize people! The only issue is that many of the Dunkin donuts in this area are short on employees, so they are on reduced hours

When I went to go order they were out of almost everything, I had a coupon for munchkin doughnuts and they didn’t even have enough for me to use the coupon. Also (and this might just be a regional thing) but they didn’t sell Kolache‘s, Dunkin’ sells them way down south but this woman didn’t know what I was talking about and she looked at me like I was dumb. I highly doubt that I’m going back to that location.
