I ordered an iced chai and a sandwich on doordash because I was working from home and didn’t have time to go in. I received milk and ice ONLY in a cup. I received munchkins for my sandwich. I have to drive there. The staff looks completely annoyed that I would want them to remake my completely wrong order even though I was polite and they didn’t offer me anything even though I told her I wasted money on doordash and now time and gas money to drive to the dunkin and get it replaced. The cashier then says “I can give you a donut.” Like seriously? As if that makes up for the wasted $12 on doordash and gas money and my time?? And then they give me the English muffin egg and cheese sandwich that I ordered. I get in my car to eat it and it’s a plain English muffin with nothing on it. At this point I’m like am I being punked?? I have to wait in line and ask them to remake the sandwich. The cashier looks at me like I’m an alien and slowly remakes the sandwich. I have never had my patience tested so much. A simple order took me almost 45 minutes get not to mention having to come in after I doordash Ed because I was so busy and I’m mad I had to waste so much of my time. They certainly could have offered me a gift card or some kind of free sandwich and drink the next time I came in. Horrible service. Horrible experience.

I got an iced latte and the milk and coffee was not mixed. it had about 3 ice cubes in it and wasn’t filled up to the top (i got a medium.) the milk in the coffee tasted off. the avacado toast was burnt and had 3 long strands of black hair in it. muffins tasted like it was sitting in a container for weeks and was hard. same with the bagels.

Decided to stopped by in the morning before a trip. It took 30 minutes for the 4 cars in front of me to be helped until my turn. (Long wait, long line) I think that the wait time for coffee is absurd. I feel bad for the young workers because they were working as fast as they could, they need more help. I liked the deal that Dunkin’ offered for the fall season – a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew for $3 bucks. Not a big fan of coffee, but this drink was good when mixed. The Bacon Egg and Cheese was nice but I wasn’t a big fan of the flavor of the bacon, I like my bacon crispy, but I was served chewy.

It’s like middle schoolers are running this place. They’re milling about leisurely. They can’t communicate that a machine is broken so that we can adjust our order, instead we’re sitting at the drive through window watching them fumble. (And that’s after we already spent 10 mins being the 3rd car, waiting to get to the window. Terrible operation.) Finally left with regular coffee.

Ordered on the app at 7:12pm, drove 25 minutes to get there and the door was already locked and they had thrown away all the donuts because they didn’t see my order. Had to go back the next day to get my order and by 12:30 I had to substitute different donuts because they had run out of some of the flavors.

The last time I went I waited at the end of the drive-thru about 5 minutes and then decided I would take my chances inside – I ordered and waiting probably 15 minutes inside when there was only one person in front of me. The girl behind me put in her order and she knew the girl working behind the counter. The employee then asked her which drink was hers and made it right on the spot …………….. WHAT??!! Very poor customer service. Just go to one of the Starbucks locations down the street… that’s what I’ve been doing.

Only person in drive thru line and still waited 8 minutes. All 4 employees on their phones while we were waiting at window, with disposable gloves on while texting/whatever they were doing. Did not change gloves when took our bag and handed to us, one employee pulled up her pants while wearing gloves and didn’t change them. Egg bites tasted as though they were spoiled and I did not eat. 2 cold brews were ordered exactly the same and one came stronger/darker than the other – strange!! Terrible service, will seek out other options before returning to this store.

Awful. Every single time. The only reason I even go is because my kids beg me. The wait times are ridiculous, even if I’m the only one in line (as was the case yesterday). The most basic kinds of donuts are always out of stock. The coffee is always “being made” and not ready. Yesterday it took nearly 30 minutes to get an iced vanilla latte and a bag of Munchkins via the drive through. They were out of cinnamon but told me I could have chocolate. Got to the window and paid — was handed my card and receipt in such a careless manner that the girl almost dropped it out of the window — and then I waited and waited — while I watched three teenagers chatting in the serving area doing nothing. One eventually came back to the window and asked if I got my drink (no). The drink (barely any ice in it) finally was handed to me but no Munchkins. 15 more minutes go by and then I’m handed a bag of 17 instead of the 25 that I paid for… a mix of chocolate and blueberry. They threw in 2 donuts to make up for the shortfall. Whatever. I will not be back.
