Hit or miss at this location. This was suppose to be a bagel with butter but is most definitely a ton of cream cheese. In general they overload whatever schmear you ask for… they would literally put this much butter on as well….the other half of the bagel looked the same. Dropped the review because almost every time I go to this location I have some sort of issue.

This week, I got a small cappucino via Drive Thru, then removed the lid of my drink to add sweetener and was shocked to see that the quantity of beverage inside was half of the cup size. I’d paid $4 for that! Previously, they have missed adding flavor to my coffee for orders I’d placed using the app. This isn’t the case with the other Dunkin’ locations I’ve frequented.

Absolutely horrible customer service experience. No one greeted us, no one said thank you or even apologized for forgetting part of our order. Then as we pulled up to the window the girl doesn’t greet us just says “Are you the one with the large order?”, I’m like if four breakfast sandwiches are a large order then yes… The Manager on duty (red hair female) had absolutely zero customer service! She was so rude. Matter of fact she was mad we ordered, the purpose of a business is to bring in business. She was not friendly, and was obviously annoyed that I ordered breakfast for a family of four. Then forgot to give me our donuts.

I went to this location because a sign on the door stated that they were paying employees $11.50 an hour up to $17 an hour. I’m 43 and I have 28 years of customer service experience, yet they only wanted to pay me $11.50 an hour which I felt offended by. Don’t believe everything you see in writing because once they get you in for an interview they expect to pay you pennies on the dollar. I spoke with the corporate manager Julie and though I had superb qualifications she was trying to lowball me. There are hundreds of jobs out there ready to pay more than barely above minimum wage. By 2024 the minimum wage will be $15 an hour. I don’t see how these companies can stay in business. They pay their associates who have families barely enough to get by.
