The lady getting the donut orders was rude. No customer service experience at all, coffee orders have been wrong the last 3 tries. Hopefully the baristas will get comfortable and improve the way they make the coffees. I don’t think anything will help the rude lady up front, except a job where she doesn’t work with the public.

It’s a Dunkin’ and the donuts are donuts but if they don’t get a grip on their quality control, they’re going to go belly up the moment the novelty wears off. I’m not exaggerating, every single time of maybe ten consecutive times now they’ve gotten my order egregiously and inexcusably wrong. I don’t even know how they’re doing it because it doesn’t make sense. Also don’t try customizing your drink because they won’t bother trying to get it to specifications.

Visited the gas station side. Clean, friendly, and fast service. A young man with glasses and brown hair is my favorite cashier. He has been pleasant and friendly since my first visit back shopping there. They had GREAT cigarette prices. Not sure if they still do.

Nice place looks newly built and is very clean inside. Good was good and stay is nice. Other places all lined up next to each other. Good place to get gas and breakfast in the morning. Not just Donuts but the croissant sandwiches are great plus I love the sweet tea.

Coffee was cold. I paid over 3 bucks for a large coffee. They offered absolutely nothing. I wanted to throw the coffee away and they wouldn’t. They demanded payment. I paid, walked outside and threw the coffee in the trash. This location advertised Dunkin Donuts but was inside a BP gas station and only had DD coffee.
