Had to amend my first review. Went back and the food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a medium iced pumpkin spice latte which had zero flavor. I felt like I was just drinking iced milk. I ordered an egg and cheese Crossent which was by far the worst tasting thing. After one bite, I felt like I was going to throw up. (Oh and the sandwich was ice cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted). I also ordered two orders or tater tots which were so gross. I can’t even begin to describe how mad I was. I spend close to 20$, for nothing.

Go to the b-ville location or Starbucks instead. This place is horrible. The employees are super rude in the drive thru and seem to get mad if you place a mobile order and arrive within 5 mins of placing the order (like the app says to do! ). The last few times I’ve went through for a nitro cold brew the cup is barely full by the time they ready it to you

Oh my goodness I stopped here on my way home back to north Carolina from a vacation. I tell you I had the best sour dough bread with 2 eggs, bacon with cheese it was enough for two people and it was real eggs!! Boy I wish I had a dunkin donuts shop like this here in statesville NC!!

This dunkin is the absolute worst dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. The staff is so rude and disrespectful. They can’t even let you know if something isn’t working until you’ve already ordered and ready to pay. If you can get away with not ever going to this Dunkin, please do.

Manager didn’t show up till 5:40 something. Then only had one kind of donut couldn’t sell me the donuts I wanted. Then didn’t try to make anything right so I said do I get any free donuts for having to wait over a half hour on you and then not having my food? So she brings me back a box with one donut. Thanks so much Dunkin. You really know how to start someone’s day.

Most of the time this is one of the best around the area. The day I visited was awful. I had gone inside for my order. The employees were more concerned about the manager doing paperwork and not helping on the floor that while they were standing around chatting only one male employee was running drinks to customers. My coffee was lukewarm. There were at least three employees standing around complaining.
