My husband & I just left this location & it was the worst customer service I have ever in my life received from a business. The drive-thru cashier was obviously on something & the food service worker preparing the food acted as if we was interrupting their life. They acted as if we were intruding. There was absolutely to much cursing & we just CANCELED our order. I have been to this establishment before & NEVER been treated with so disrespect. How do you operate a business where employees do not have a customer service attitude. It takes 20 minutes to order what should be 5 minutes. Plus walk in & they see you standing there & they walk to the back. Definitely do not like the new environment so to speak.

Shopped at 3 in the afternoon and doughnuts were fresh! The associate that waited on us was so friendly and patient. Although we didn’t need doughnuts these went great with afternoon coffee and tasted delicious. This stop today was definitely a win, win!!

My experience with dunkin has went tremendously down hill. Fayetteville has absolutely no structure. The manager has to be begged to work. The previous manager worked his time & was ALWAYS ALWAYS available for shift coverage. When Fayetteville lost Big Mike and Stephen, it went down hill quick. There is no donuts til after 9 most days, there is no over night baker. The store is never open on time anymore and when it is its usually because of the older lady ruth. I’m not sure why the old manager isn’t there anymore but Fayetteville Dunkin has went majorly down hill. The environment is just stale.

Just to be clear why store has no donuts, Stephen Crist is no longer there. Your attempt to clean up the failing management iIS A COMPLETE FAILURE. You should have listened MONTHS AGO WHEN I CALLED AND TOLD YOU WHAT WAS GOING ON IN YOUR STORE, STEPHEN WOULD PROBABLY STILL BE THERE IF YOU HAD.. Why go to a donut shop if there’s no donuts?????

We usually like Dunkin’s, but this was not a good experience. I think the employee who waited on me needs a bit of training in customer service. I wasn’t greeted in any way. I asked if they had a certain type of donut, and they said no. I tried to look into the case for something else, but they were in the way. Finally moved over just a bit. After I chose other donuts and paid, I noticed another case of donuts and saw the type of donuts that I had originally asked for. I asked them if those were the ones, and they looked and said yes. No apology or offer to exchange them. Just stared at me. I started to ask for an exchange, but finally just said forget it and walked out. One of the least friendly and helpful employees I have ever dealt with. Oh, and the donuts were dry. My husband didn’t even eat his second one. Hopefully our next experience will be more positive.

Since the new manager Mike has came to this store you can definitely tell the impact! Fresh food and donuts, fast service and overall everyone is in better moods. Not to mention they hosted a trunk or treat in their parking lot totally made my day as a mother and my little girl loved it too!
