If I could give zero stars I would!!! Very terrible customer service!!! 08/05/23 stopped and got an iced coffee and they didn’t put what I wanted in it , so I went back and asked for them to fix it, the girl then out of spite , made it so sweet, that I couldn’t drink it, and she had An attitude and rolled her eyes at me because she actually had to work and fix something!!!! She shouldn’t be allowed to work there treating people like that!!!! I will never stop there again!!!!! And I even called to talk to a manager which sounded like a little girl! So I know they lied and wouldn’t even get me a manager!!!!!

I have been a dunkin customer for the last 4 to 5 years never had a problem until the last 4 times I have gone there. But this visit was the worst. I ordered a large iced latte Carmel I get it every time and I got a Hot Carmel I didn’t go in I asked my daughter to go and get it to where I ordered it online like always. And when I do order it it comes out differently everytime. Well anyways this is what I got I got a hot one that was half filled. I PAID almost 8 dollars for it to where my right order only would be 6 dollars. Very disappointing to get this. Makes me want to not order or go there anymore. Tried to post a pic with this but it wouldn’t let me

I have zero desire to ever go back to this place. Weirton Dunkin Donuts is about worthless . This is the 3rd and last time that I’m giving them to mess an order up. Order a black coffee? You get coffee, creamer, and sugar added. You order Avacado toast with bacon, you get a donut, you order a bacon croissant with no egg… the picture below is what you get.

Absolutely fantastic! I got chocolate munchkins for my daughter along with a Boston cream and some bagel bites. For myself I got a coffee and some glazed munchkins. Everything was perfect and I was waited on very quickly they do a fantastic job here at this Dunkin donuts and the food is fresh.
