The service was great! The pumpkin spice signature latte tasted amazing. However, the chorizo and egg wrap that I ordered with it was still frozen and cold in the center. I understand these things are warmed up but they need to take the time to make sure they are thoroughly warm before handing them to the customer.

It’s consistently Dunkin’ and fairly good quality. The place is obviously understaffed, and sometimes the staff take that out on you, which I understand, but I also don’t, having worked customer service/helping professions most of my life. Also, they have a bad habit of just modifying a drink instead of telling you they are out of something. If I had known they didn’t have the topping for the drink I ordered, I would have gotten something else. And this happens frequently enough that it’s very frustrating.

While the service was above standard like most drive through windows. I ordered 6 plain bagels at around 9am. The cost was $9 and what I got was the hardest most stale bagels I’ve ever seen. My serrated bread knife almost couldn’t cut through them. It took a lot of effort to do so. They were like little round rocks. if you tried to squeeze them with your fingers, they would not yield no matter how hard you squeezed. I realized these would have to be heated in order to soften them up. But even with a light heating they just got harder. What I got ended up reminding me of a crouton shaped like a bagel. What a waste of money!

Whoever the older woman is she needs to be fired. All she gave was attitude and had to have someone younger basically do the order. She acted like it was the worst thing in the world that I had to make an order. I’ll never order from there again while she’s working. The younger man was pleasant and the only reason I finished ordering.

My daughters plain bagel bites w/cream cheese inside were ice cold! Idk if there supposed to be toasted or microwaved but there definitely not supposed to be cold also my daughters coffee had cream but they forget the sugar. I really don’t like this location at all next time I’ll drive further out of my way to a different Dunkin before I’ll ever come back here again.
