Literally every time I come here I am completely ignored. Go inside, no one acknowledges your existence. I went through the drive through today and said good morning at the window with zero response. They handed me my drink. Never said a word. I said thank you and they closed the window. Never made eye contact. Nothing. It wouldn’t bother me so much if it wasn’t like this every single time. And the internet never works.

Christian is incredible he’s accurate and he has good Custer service skills and has a wonderful attitude I always smile when I leave Dunkin because of him, but I hate that he’s gotta work for that Ast Store Manager that’s merged out her mind and looks like she’s been chewing on wood and hollering at them employees making it a hostile environment for them all to work in, if I was them I’d have been fold a complaint on her, it was my understanding that’s why the Chestnut Ridge store got rid of her

Very poorly run franchise, with very slow and unresponsive customer service. The dining area is not properly cleaned (look under any table or stand), and they often don’t know how to maintain stock or make certain items. Easily overwhelmed, I’ve been inside multiple times where someone yells to stop taking orders.

Remember the commercial of the guy waking up at 4 AM to make the donuts. Well, the donuts I bought this morning at Dunkin up near Bass Pro, must have been made 4 o’clock in the morning two days ago. Without a doubt it’s one of the worst donuts I’ve ever eaten in my life. It was so tough I couldn’t cut it with a hacksaw. 3 different flavors and all old. Won’t stop there again !!

I have a journal . There are so many problems at this location. They need training on what’s the purpose of the drive-thru. They get 1 order at a time, and don’t ask for the next order until that prior person picks up and leaves the window. I’ve been told as early as 7:12pm that they will not cook anything for me in the kitchen because they stop cooking 1 hour prior to closing (they close at 9 pm). For several days, about a month or so ago, this location wasn’t accepting online mobile orders. I asked why or 3 different occasions and was told each time that they were short employees, so they turned it off (there were 6 in view on the 3rd day). This hampers Dunkin members to get online mobile-only deals. Today marks the 6th week that I’ve been told I can’t get a Frozen Macha Latte because the frozen/ice machine is broke. My regular Baltimore Dunkin makes a call each time an item breaks. And a new is delivered normally with 48 hours. Sad because the staff that I’ve met and talked to are wonderful. I just think they are lacking guidance and good management.
