I honestly used to come here every day before work but it seems management has gone downhill. I’ve been coming less and less. Food is never that bad. They burn the bagels a lot and the espresso tastes “burnt” or sour a lot too BUT I usually deal with it for the convenience. Truly I have never had such bad customer service experience. I don’t want to go into details but communication is sub par. Very sad, from what I recall up north Dunkin’s were so much better!

Fantastic new and modernized Dunkin location with everything you’d expect. Love the mobile ordering, the mask policy, the distanced seating, indoor and outdoor seating, and friendly staff. They have delicious breakfast sandwiches, doughnuts, pastries, muffins, and the best affordable ☕ coffee and espresso drinks around. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.

The food is always good and fresh but the new guy at the window has horrible hygiene, what appears to be animal hair all over (I mean covering) his Dunkin’ Donuts hat, filthy fingernails ohhh it’s gross! The girl that cooked the food handed a bag of hashbrowns to him , he bagged them and I felt sick. I couldn’t even eat the food that I had already paid for. He is nasty and for management to allow that is beyond me. Do better, please. He’s not keeping you in business….your consumers are-

I just ordered delivery through Door Dash and 3 of the 5 items I ordered were missing from the sealed bag. Whomever is packing the orders needs to pay more attention. I now have an upset mom and toddler because we didn’t get our donuts.

I didn’t look at the reviews before visiting this location, but I had a wonderful experience. I came in around 7:30am and ordered 2 “Box o’ Joe’s” to go for a work function, then ordered a sandwich and cold brew for myself. The cashier was friendly and professional and had no problem with ringing me up for 2 separate orders. My sandwich and coffee came out within 5 minutes and I was able to have breakfast while I waited. The awesome team had me on my way by 7:45am with the 2 boxes of hot coffee and plenty of cups, lids, creamers and a variety of sugars to go, even though they had a steady stream of drive-thru orders to fill at the same time. I will definitely be back to this location anytime I need coffee for a group, or just as a great way to start my day.

They do not regular offer cinnamon donuts or munchkins. Plus, no snackin bacon. New store on Country Club. Just go to a location that is fully stocked. I would recommend patrons ask for if their favorite items are available when the urge hits them.
