This is gross…. Matcha is supposed to be green not a “pastel green”. It also tastes like milk not matcha….Again, gross. They also didn’t toast the avocado TOAST I ordered. Honestly, it’s always something at this location.

Has it been perfect every time, no. Mistakes happen, but what’s more important to me is how mistakes/inconveniences are handled and I’ve always gotten amazing service here. Any time they couldn’t fulfill an order, they went out of their way to make sure I left happy. The coffee is always made just right and the food is good, but it’s the amazing service that has kept me coming back.

I love Dunkin so it’s very disappointing this is the closest location because it’s awful. It takes forever to get your order at the window, and that’s happened multiple times. The iced coffee just tastes like vanilla milk. The inside is disgusting. Find another location, do not go to this dump.

Thank you for the friendly service and pride in a simple cup of coffee. Get here earlier in the day for fresher donuts though. I still say this was one of the best throughout my travels

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. The service was terrible and I paid for a frozen caramel coffee with caramel and fudge in the cup. They told me they don’t do that which makes no sense and gave me a straight coffee frozen drink no caramel. Then go to say yeah we don’t do that

Theyre short staffed so they do take way longer than usual, so if you’re reading this go there ready to spend 30min to get your order. HOWEVER my order is NEVER wrong & always fresh. The staff themselves are really sweet and just doing the best they can with what they have. Be kind & don’t stop by if you’re in a rush.

Only go if you have at least 30 minutes to wait. Minimum. The drive thru is the slowest I’ve ever been to in my life. And not just once, but consistently. When you finally get to the window they have no clue what you ordered. Nothing is ready. Or it’s been ready so long that it’s cold or warm (depending on whatever you ordered). Just sad. Corporate needs to come in and take over this store and fix it up.
