My 6 year old was begging for donuts. So I got there shortly before closing and ordered a dozen glazed donuts at the drive-thru. I was given donuts that looked like they had been in a fight. They barely had glaze and just weren’t very fresh. I would have rather told customers ‘we’re out of donuts’ rather than hand that out of a window at my place of business. I wish I had photographed them.

My experience was good so I thought. I went through the drive thru on 6/29 and purchased 50 Munchkins. When I got home I was very disappointed with my purchase. It was more than I asked for and every one that had been tasted was old. If your gonna give away more make sure they are fresh at least. Tried calling the store to voice my complaint and it went to a voicemail that was to full . Customer service is at an all time low people. If you don’t like your job then don’t go to work but don’t take it out on innocent people.

This Dunkin’ Donuts was the worst. We waited 5 minutes before someone asked how can they help us. I finally told them I placed a mobile order. Once we got to the window, I tried canceling my mobile order because my children were disgusted by all the flies that were in DD. It was more flies inside than outside. I was told the store manager would call me back within two business days; nothing.

This is a very high traffic busy dunkin! The service is not very polite or pleasant. Their drive thru attendant seems to be very upset and it makes me less likely to try to come here because she seems inconvenienced by patrons making orders. It’s pretty unsettling. Otherwise this is a relatively clean organized average Dunkin!

Service was great especially since the young man had his wrist in a cast. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name but he was an amazing guy uplifting attitude and they were pretty busy when my sister and I stopped by. He waited on us with a smile on his face. I told him I understood if he couldn’t hold a smile right now. I know that he was hurting him because he was holding it up as much as he possibly could.

Went to the drive thru and they completely screwed up my order. I order 4 items and not one was right. Ordered a plain bagel with extra butter ( I was charged for ) and got a unbuttered bagel. My wife’s iced caramel latte was disgusting and ask for 6 munchkins and got 6 donuts. Customers be warned, check your order Before you leave.

The new Dunkin in Clayton definitely enriches the area. Ive come here for morning Joe about 3 times, always pleasant service, food is fresh and looks “like the commercials ” . My only suggestion is: Decor states: “Clayton runs on Dunkin”, but there are panoramic pictures of downtown Raleigh. I suggest some beautiful panoramics of Clayton instead.
