The last few times this week I brought donuts at the Knightdale NC store my filled donuts did not have filling, other donuts were not fresh and the servers were very rude. We also had an issue with getting free donuts when the red light is on – something we had never had an issue with. The server looked us over and told us “That program ended and we don’t have to give you anything.” – just after we witnessed the person in front of us receive a free donut. We have not had this kind of problem in the past and things like this will have us changing where we buy our favorite treat.

I just had the absolute worst experience at this Dunkin donuts. There was only 1 car in front of me so I expected a quick trip but waited about 15 minutes in line after they couldn’t understand my order through the drive thru. I got to the window and they asked me my order 4 times and were unable to repeat it to me and gave me attitude. They asked me to pull up to the front to give me my drink they hadn’t finished making. At this point I’ve been here like 20 min. I ordered a large iced late w/ almond milk but they have me a medium w/ whole milk saying they charged me a medium but didn’t even give me a receipt. I didn’t appreciate the wait, the attitude, and the inability to get my order right after repeating it 4 times. I don’t elect chik fil a service, I only expect the bare minimum and this was way below that.

Will never stop at this location again. I pick up donuts regularly for my coworkers from various Dunkin’ locations. This place was empty when I walked in. I waited for about 5 minutes before somebody took my order. I ordered two dozen (one assorted and one glazed) for my department. Was so disappointed after that first bite. The donuts were stale. It wasn’t just one or two but BOTH DOZENS. The assorted ones were out in the open and the glazed donuts were in the back. The next time I am in the area for work and I am bringing donuts back to the hospital, I will find someplace else to go.

This location has a friendly but very disorganized staff. It always seems chaotic and that is when it is open. This morning was the third time I have stopped in for coffee and the doors are locked no note on the door. Last week, it was completely shuttered at 2 in the afternoon. I have no interest in wasting my time any longer.

This place is a trainwreck. The staff has a hard time hearing what you are saying so you get abominations like this. Asked for a ham and cheese on a plain bagel and got ham and cream cheese. To try and get it corrected without going through the broken, busted, and busy drive-through again, you are locked out. The signs all say they are open as long as you wear a mask but the doors are completely locked. All those working there seem to be students who are just there for a other part-time job, don’t really care, and either half-wear a mask or don’t wear one despite the fact that the drive window is only one foot from the car. All around a terrible experience.

The employees are super friendly but the service was not good. I ordered breakfast sandwiches, a coffee, and donuts. I got the donuts immediately but 20 minutes later I had to ask for the rest of my order and they had lost it. They did offer me a free donut for the wait.
