As a customer I’d expect nothing less than decent customer service. I pulled into the drive thru nobody was there which Is shocking its usally busy but based on my experience I know why. So I pulled up to order my food the person taking my order didn’t greet me friendly at all hust said can I help you?!? Like what??..ok. I order a hazelnut latte and a sausage biscuit. Then proceeded to the window. As I get my food and be on my way, I’m taking a sip of my drink and it tastes straight like milk and sugar. Very disappointing. The food tasted cold and bland too. I paid $10 for this?..I would suggest you find another store to go to because this ain’t it. Service is very poor I’ve came before and had drinks that tastes alright and I always get the same thing. A year or two ago I had ordered a hazelnut iced drink and received a hot coffee and the person behind the counter was talking rewl loud I could hear from my car.”she never ordered it cold!!!” Exclaimed. I’m not returning my business until you find better employees to work who are trained.

It’s been a while since I visited, and frankly I don’t need to return. We went for ice cream last night. The whole place looked like it could use a good scrubbing, including the food areas by the ice cream, the floor, the tables customers sit at–everywhere. One of the employees was fine, she got our drink. The other employee was very challenged trying to get my daughter an ice cream cone–he is the reason our order took forever, because the drink was made promptly. He was just very out of it. We ordered two cones and one drink. We waited at least twenty minutes, which seems ridiculous when you consider how few customers there were. After we left, they locked up the door even though it was not even 8pm and they are supposed to be open until 9. The outdoor seating area is nice, but it was obvious no one wiped the tables, which is about how the inside was, so it wasn’t a great surprise. There are so many good ice cream places around these days that we will patronize a different one next time.

They never make my order right. They mashed up my order Many times before. They can not make a simple multigrain bagel with egg and cheese. Every time i have to visit there twice whenever i leave without checking my order. Last time i called them to speak with manager, no one answered the phone. I suggest never go to this store. Or check your order before leaving the store.

I ordered a couple items through Postmates. There’s an hour until closing and instead of anyone contacting me, my order was filled with a selection of donuts that not only were some of the most miserable and awful looking ones, but not one of them was what I selected.

Had to repeat order 3 times at the drive through. When we got to the window they asked “what’d did you get again” then proceeded to pay then wait 10-15 minutes for 2 coffees. While the girl making them was on the phone the whole time.

Sat in the drive-through line for 15 minutes from 545 to 6 o’clock large black coffee. One car in front of me. It took in 10 minutes for them to acknowledge that I was in the drive-through line. I should’ve left, but I had plenty of time to burn. I wanted to see how bad the wait was. Would recommend finding a different location for fast service.

What kind of people are they hiring here lol. Get to the speaker and I can barely hear the person taking my order. I go to the window to pickup and they tell me they’re out of the donuts I ordered. I ask them if they have Boston creme, lemon, apple, and they dont have those either. Is nobody making donuts? Anyway I get my iced matcha and donuts and leave; the matcha drink tastes like straight coconut milk and I can hardly taste the matcha so the drink was gross. Just wasted $12 for some donuts and iced matcha. What a waste.

Absolutely not going back to this store. I don’t usually give review unless it’s really good or really bad. I repeated my order and they still got it wrong. This have happened many times but today I can’t ignore it any more. I went inside the store to ask to speak to a manager and was told there is no supervisor or manager on site until 2pm. The employee appears to called the manager on the phone but when I ask to speak to the manager, she said I can’t. What kind of store that doesn’t have a supervisor and doesn’t allow a customer to speak to them about issues. No wonder other customers like myself have gave this place 1 stars or less if even possible. The owners either don’t care or not aware.
