I was a little disappointed that they don’t have sun-dried tomatoes on their avocado toast anymore. The thing I did notice most is that the guys working there, teenagers, did not seem to care at all and they forgot the promotion (one free donut with each drink) going on for National Donut Day.

So this place really needs to be cleaned. They are very under staffed and I feel horrible for the employees they have here. They are stretched thin. A guy had been waiting a very long time for his order. He got it. The sandwich was wrong. He waited even longer for a new sandwich. He got it. He went out to his car. Came back and showed everyone how nasty it looked, which it kind of did. He left so mad he hurled his drink at the outside wall at which time the staff had to lock the doors for our safety. The sourdough sandwich I got was good, the one my hubby got was wrong so we had to wait even more for that one. Than I noticed the black stuff on the caramel bottles and I got a caramel coffee…I threw it away. After working in deli’s and restaurants I grew incredibly concerned about the rather icky appearance behind the counter.

whoever the white guy is at the window, he deserves a raise lol. he made my day and made me laugh. he asked me at the speaker if i wanted a jelly donut to which i replied, “no” because i had a mobile order. i get to the window and he says, “so you did want a jelly donut.” (i ordered a jelly donut from the app.) 10/10 great experience.

i went here because I got a gift card for Christmas. I entered the store with my sister and stood at the counter waiting to order while the FOUR employees stood around laughing and joking, not really doing their jobs. After 20 minutes of standing around and my sister attempting to use their ridiculous kiosk to order (don’t bother trying to use it with rewards or the app) I placed a mobile order. There was no other customers inside at all.
