Know one new what they were doing, store was sticky no sugar was out, and something as simple as ice in an ice coffee was missing in my order. The staff were very friendly and apologized for the order. They clearly weren’t trained for the job they were hired for. I truly felt sorry for them. My wife and I were the only ones in the store.

I asked for a sausage egg and cheese with no egg on an English muffin. They gave me one that was still cold I asked to have one that was remade and offered to give back the other one. They remade it but burnt it the second time.

This place has literally never had the front door unlocked during open hours when I have gone by. This last time only one door was unlocked, no one was at the register, no one greeted us, and we had to order on the kiosk and it took 15 minutes for a plain coffee and a hot chocolate.

This was the most unprofessional group of people on a Sunday at 230pm/10/9/2022. Drinks sitting in drive thru 15, one was made wrong and was asked for it to be corrected the girl didn’t want to and clearly stated on the label what should have been, then the one boy was asked to handle drive-thru and didnt want to other girl had to and didn’t know what people ordered. Then, they were arguing over who was going to fill the ice bin cause it was out and girl was making drinks just letting them sit there cause the kid wasn’t filling ice fast enough, she went and got a pitcher with ice as the shot of espresso was dead cause wasn’t completed drink. The people in the lobby with me were waiting I finally told them to make the drinks stop talking and get moving. Another kid comes out from back his pants hanging to see yellow boxers, still trying to figure out who is doing what, absolute no guidance from anyone that was a manager. Assistant or Supervisor. When you apply for a CS position that is what you need to represent at all times. Smile, greet, and provide service, your day will go much better when you have a customer connection. It I could give a negative number for review I would.

Sunday, 11:02 a.m. entered drive thru line with 1 car in front of me…after 14 minute wait & zero movement forward- put car in reverse & left. I could understand waiting 14 minutes to even get to place an order if there were multiple cars in front of me – but if it takes 14 minutes to get 1 vehicle’s order….something is wrong! Need to seriously look at efficiency factors!

Update: I’m fairly certain no adults work at this location. I decided to give them another chance the other day. I placed a mobile order for one beverage, showed up 15 min later, not surprisingly it wasn’t ready when I got there. Slight improvement, the staff did ask me what I needed. He flipped through the mobile order receipts, mine was 3 in and he made it. I asked him if they wait until the customer shows up to make the mobile orders, he smirked at me. For the manager, the obnoxious alarm now installed on the mobile order printer made no difference.
