Now tell me who the hell takes 30 mins at Dunkin’ Donuts??? I ordered my coffee with 2 bagel minis and a donut. I arrived at 3pm on the dot and left at 3:32. It should be a crime to wait that long. I was getting beyond frustrated. Not only that but there was flies flying around all over the place and the counter was dirty along with the couch and tables. Im extremely disappointed and will never come back ever again.

I ordered in the app and opted for a drive-thru pickup. The ordering was easy but the drive thru line is always long. Which I knew it would be. I reheated my food because I ordered too early and it tastes great! Americano is delicious as well!

This Dunkin can be a hit or miss. A lot of the time the coffee is nasty and has to be remade. Haven’t had an issue with food yet, the wake up wraps are always good.

This place can literally NEVER get anything right. We put in an online order at 1:22 and here we are sitting at the window for 10 minutes while the line piles up behind us. Order wasn’t ready until 1:42. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they aren’t even going to start making the order until you get there?
