Poor customer service, long wait for food (store was dead). Order messed up, staff did not seem to care. One guy kept touching his face and had his Mountain Dew in the food prep area. On top of this the food was so bad we threw it away. Steer clear of this location. Never again.

I love Dunkin’, but this shop number 1 was really slow. Number 2, I ordered 4 vanilla headlights that got stuffed in a bag, what a mess. Even the kiddos didn’t want to eat them. I hope it was just an off morning and not the normal.

Stopped for a large hot coffee and an apple fritter. The coffee was hot and made perfectly. The apple fritter on the other hand was the worst I have ever had. I’ve had DD’s apple fritters at numerous locations and they are consistently made the same. This stores rendition was a thick tough donut with apple filling… couldn’t eat it….. awful.

1st off we waited on our food for 35 mins. 2nd we ordered breakfast tacos with bacon and it literally had the tiniest amount for the prices of the tacos. What a rip off. We are fans of Dunkin’. We ask to speak to the manager and of course she didn’t acknowledge the problem. I will never go back to that particular store.

I came here to get my daughter a donut , which they had. I got a large salted caramel cold brew with cream and sugar, which just tasted like sugar! Then I went to order 2 sweet black bacon wake up wraps and it’s 5:24pm and they told me they stopped making food? I’m confused when did Dunkin have a cut off???? The guys name was Michael at store 347355 on 8/10/23 on North Chester Street Gastonia NC.

Didn’t see certain donuts listed on the drive thru menu but saw them when I pulled up to the window. When I asked to add 2 to my order, the cashier let out a big sigh like I was a bother to her. In my 52 years of life I have never been to a dunking donuts drive thru and this experience has guaranteed I won’t return.

Went in the morning my wife order munchkins on the app using the points then tried to order a coffee and pay with cash and the lil white old white lady at the register told her to get out of line and they will get the munchkins when they have a chance to. My wife tried to tell the cashier that she wants to order a ice coffee and pay with cash but a really big black girl came over and started yelling at my wife telling her to get out of line or she wont get her order after trying to tell them we want to order our drinks and constantly being cut off by the black girl someone else came over and told her we want to order a drink. We eventually got our order made wrong and as we are leaving the black girl was yelling at as insulting us fir being white. Strongly don’t recommend this location. I grew up in new england and been to dunkins all over the country this one by far needa corporates attention along with the health department

The girl working the drive thru was one of the rudest workers I have ever experienced. Three of our items were wrong and when we mentioned it to her she pretended like she didn’t know what we were talking about. Finally agreeing to help us fix our order she rolled her eyes at us and stomped away coming back 15 minutes later to throw our fixed order back through the window at us. Will not be coming to this location again unfortunately.

I tried to go inside and order. 3 people were in drive thru and I was only customer inside. There were 2 employees working and I was told they would not serve me unless I went in the drive thru. I walked there and told them that, and employees said sorry guess you are not getting coffee today. Is this how you run your business
