It’s like riding into the bad girls club to get a coffee. These broods here at this location all have nasty attitudes. Don’t say good morning welcome to Dunkin’ Donuts, They none have smiles. If you woke up like this I hate to see the rest of the day. Putting them badass spirits on my coffee and food The picture here is of the assistant manager or manager as she claims and she’s very very nasty and moody no wonder the crew is nasty. I went to get some donuts and coffee for the family and the lady in the window was so rude I asked if she could put whipped cream on my drink and she gave me a whole attitude and told me “Give it to me”. If these people are going to work at least do it with a great attitude. They need better members.

The reason why I gave them a four is because my latte was good. Look at the donut in the picture you can tell that it is old. I didn’t eat it because it was hard. I didn’t even check it before I left because I had to rush and go to work. Next time I won’t order the donut.

Went in today, and was waiting for the restroom. Someone was in there. I stood and waited patiently and then I hear a flush and immediately a worker walks out. No way did she wash her hands because as soon as she flushed she came out. I spoke to a manger about it because that’s GROSS! And she went behind the counter and told the girl out loud go wash your hands. Did you wash your hands in the restroom? The girl said no because there wasn’t any soap. Ummm ok, you work there!!!! Go get the soap and refill it. I couldn’t believe what I witnessed! So either way, she didn’t wash her hands, and then she acknowledged there wasn’t soap and instead of getting soap and washing her hands, she just proceeded to go back to work. Ewww/ no thanks. I left. That ruined my appetite completely. People think men are nasty, it’s the women too! Just eww.

Customer service great. Ordered a 6 pack donuts:3 blueberry cake and 3 chocolate cake. Chocolate were great. I dont think the blueberry were blueberry. No taste of blueberry at all. Hardly glazed. Horrible blueberry. So disappointed as these are my favorites. Owner/manager should make this right

Staff yelling at customers that they are short staffed and all there employees that did show up are new, stated manager refused to show up. Women yelling stated that they can just shut the place down and we can all go home. Many customers walked out. Why does it have the be this way Dunkin?

Went in there today, and like all the other locations, they’re short staffed. People had called out. I feel bad for the ones that do show up for work. They had one lady, taking orders through the drive thru, and she had to make the drink. The other lady was doing the baking. They had to close after I left. Hire older people. These young folks don’t wanna work.
