Honestly the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I am currently sitting in the line at 11:25 am and the lady who took my order is the absolute worst. I had a larger order(5 drinks and donuts) and after every drink, she kept asking if that was all and seemed annoyed when I asked for another drink. When I got to the window, she didn’t even put one of them in and was yelling at the gentleman in the window that she did.

they never ring up my food in drive thru so they can fluff their times. wrong food altogether and asked for coconut milk and got regular milk in latte. guess my intolerances doesn’t matter. i asked if they put coconut milk in because it wasnt rung up and they looked me straight in the eye and lied to me. so i paid more for a sandwhich i didnt want and got something i couldnt drink. absolutely unprofessional

Have been to this location several times in the past 3 weeks. They are continually out of ingredients and cannot make anything with either caramel or mocha involved. They also cannot ever make anything blended because the blender is continuously out of order. Today I actually managed to get 2 drinks made and I should have known by the enthusiasm of the workers they would be terrible. A frozen chocolate that was essentially white milk over ice barely blended with a dab of melted whip and a watered down excuse of a latte! I am definitely not going to this location again!!

Used my points for a mobile order to get a coffee. No one was there. After waiting 25 minutes the manager finally showed up. Mind you it’s 6:00am and they open at 5. He stated he couldn’t help me. This has now happened multiple times and I won’t return.

I got to this location at about 10:00 AM. After waiting in a very long drive-thru line for more than 5 minutes without moving, I decided to just go inside. When I got to the front door (with another customer), I found that it was locked. An employee arrived at about the same time but had to wait to be let it. The door was then promptly locked behind her. I got back in the drive-thru line. After being asked 3 times what I wanted, I was told to pull forward where I received a room temperature “hot” coffee in a leaky cup and my two donuts (no napkins) after sitting in line for approximately 20 minutes. I don’t know if this location is understaffed or just poorly staffed, but I highly recommend going elsewhere, particularly if you’re in a hurry. The only reason I gave this location two stars is because, even though they were cold, the donuts at least tasted good and were fresh.

This place is literally the worst Dunkin’ I’ve visited. The donuts looked like they came out of “The Walking Dead” series. They took forever to give me my order (only a half a dozen donuts box) and it came with the wrong donuts. The attendant was crabby. Maybe it was a bad day and it normally isn’t like that. I am not going to find out though; if at least the food was good I probably would’ve given 3 ⭐ but since especially the food lacked on look/taste I simply don’t recommend it.

Easily the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever encountered, they never have anything. They mess up every coffee, give u 15 munchkins if you order the 25 count, no bagels so don’t even go there for the food and the coffee is absolutely horrible compared to clutch. If u want a hot they’ll give you an ice. Understaff since they first opened and they have attitudes when you address the issue. Go to the Dunkin near Best Buy or lake Norman hospital if you actually want to get what you ordered
