The atmosphere I was subjected to today was the most hostile uncomfortable situation I think I have ever been in. A young gentleman who works here was screaming and cussing at an older gentleman who also works here. This place is nothing like it use to be. I continue to come back because it’s closer to my house even when my order tends to be wrong most of the time. After the way I saw that young man speak and act toward that older gentle man I will never come back to this establishment again. Where is the manager or higher ups to prevent these types of situations from happening? I hope that young man was not the manager because no one deserves to be treated that way! Someone needs to investigate this store. I am sure after what I witnessed there are all kinds of labor laws being broken! No one deserves to be treated this way!

Vast Illuminations
Horrible Staff…I walked in, Staff members were talking amongst each other, I just stood there…. There were no acknowledgments made, just blank stares, one of the staff members walked directly past me and just looked me dead in the eyes, walked in circles around area and came back to the register and then ask me how can she help me . The whole time I was observing her body language and it wasn’t really welcoming at all, almost as she had a chip on her shoulder. I had only ask for two things, an egg wrap, and a small coffee and even then she didn’t look like she wanted to help me. She had very low energy and I had to repeat myself twice. This location was very suspicious and it looks like they’d spit in your coffee.. so I told the lady to forget about it. I’ll just go to Starbucks.

Twice now I have had the strangest experience. I usually do a mobile order and pick it up through the drive-thru. I go to the window and tell them I have a mobile order and they tell me to pull around. TWICE now I have been accosted at the pickup window because I “didn’t stop by the speaker to check in”.. when I had!! The one time the woman just looked at me and said “YES?!?” The two girls working the drive-thru in the morning don’t talk to each other. In addition to this Twilight zone like behavior, they will constantly mix up orders, forget which order is for your car, and forget to put things in the bags. I routinely have to tell them that they didn’t give me something and it’s sitting on the shelf behind them. This restaurant needs new management.

This is my favorite dunkin in salisbury because they make my coffee right and it never tastes old or bitter like at other dunkins. The ladies who work during the week are awesome and funny! However, I do not recommend going on a Saturday. There were two high school (?) aged behind the counter who were shouting at each other, texting, cursing, and ignoring the customers and mobile orders. I waited a long time for a small iced coffee while listening to their inappropriate banter.

This location is terrible with customer service. On February 24 approximately 10:30 went through the drive thru and very RUDELY experienced the worker Amanda’s attitude. Asking if a sugar free ice coffee is available for I wasn’t sure then asked if any sugar free flavors was available. Her reaction was uncalled for. I had people in the car with me and they were stunned as well. I refused to then order asking her and the managers name. I then drove half hour away to the Kannapolis Dunkin’ and was professionally and greeted by a manager trainee named GinnyE. I sent corporate an email regarding this experience and received an email reply stating a follow up on this issue with be concluded and I’d be notified in two days. This has been my second visit to the Salisbury location and left unsatisfied. I will not go back to the Salisbury NC. (1009 Innes ) location again.
