If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Came here the other day because my son begged me for donuts, but I knew better because we had been here before, months ago, and I was not impressed then. I was crossing my fingers this time, * hoping* to have a better experience, but, again, I should’ve known better. The ONLY reason I even agreed to set foot in there was out of convenience because I had some alterations to pick up in the same plaza. So, upon entering, it was just as I had expected: dirty, flies near the donuts, crooked picture on the wall, dusty coffee display shelves, TONS of fingerprints all over the glass door (looked like it hadn’t seen Windex in years)…The employees left also something to be desired. Two of them didn’t even have official Dunkin uniforms on, just regular street clothes. One guy had a DD shirt on, and DD hat on backwards with a long, messy pony-tail. And some woman came in to tell someone to go home, sounded VERY sick, coughing, wiping her eye…anyway, they were all super underwhelming, as if they could care less to be there. The credit card machine, the counter-FILTHY. I’m just surprised my family and I didn’t get food-poisoning. They should do a complete overhaul of this location, shut it down, fire all the employees, and start over, or just forget it all together. If you’re so miserable, then why bother, right? Do yourself a favor and stay away from this DD. Never again.

Really bad experience. The place is filthy. Staff waited on others who came in after us. Even acknowledged them first although they were behind us. Took that in stride, but when both emp stood with their backs to us, I asked if we could order. One of them got an attitude with me and acted like I was being unreasonable, rolled her eyes and got an attitude. She gave us both the smallest scoops of ice cream ever. The wrong flavor. Refused to hand it to me. $8 worth of frustration.

Went there a couple days ago with a friend and ordered ice creams and a milk shale for the kids. Service was slow and looking at their cell phones were more important. No greeting/smile. Took them about 10 mon to do the milkshake since they were taking other customer orders and getting them theirs while my son sat there and waited about 4 people gotten their order before I had to go back inside and be rude about it. And the milkshake was more liquid than ice cream. Ask to remake it and the employee seemed annoyed, add 2 scoops of ice cream and mixed the shake and not the greatest. I grew up on DD neing the best and from up north. I expected the same here. Guess not.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to this area three years ago & imo…just shut the whole store down already. Everyyyyyyytime I get my coffee, it’s never made right. Looks like milk, tastes like milk but don’t try & have a worker remake your coffee. They get offended! I’m over it DD….I’m headed up the street to Starbucks & I hate it over there but I hate it here more.

I used to buy food at this location almost every day for the past year because it’s close to my work. But customer service became very bad in the past couple months. I order food on my app at around 5 pm, come to the store and every other day they tell me the oven is off. Today I came at 5.10 pm and the store is closed (their working hours are till 7 pm). Today was the last day I bought food at this location. Switching to Starbucks that is also close to my work. Based on my observations, It’s far more reliable.

Picked up a frozen hot chocolate for my boss’ husband since his Dunkin’s machine is broken, he was so excited! He said his drink has never looked that good and this was after a 25 minute commute. There seems to be new management in this location and it seems like things are getting turned around for the better, I wish them the beat of luck!
