Just left here not to long ago. Needing to get some water because I was coughing from a fragrance from a car wash. I’ve been to this location many times and I don’t recall ever having anything but a pleasant experience. It’s clean. The ladies today were very personable, professional and helpful. Went to the drive-thru. Employees are rude, don’t know how to take orders, or follow directions. Apparently they don’t know what vanilla créme donuts are on their own menu. Got my order wrong, then had an attitude over their own mistake. When they gave me my correct order and my dad asked what the new total would be, one of the employees made a shooing motion towards him. For future reference, when you mess up a customer’s order, instead of catching an attitude, simply apologize and correct your mistake. If the bare minimum is too much, find another job outside of customer service.

Waited 22 minutes in the drive thru for 2 cold brews. Should ha e taken a minute. When we finally got to the window they didn’t know what I had ordered and ask what I wanted. Worse drive thru.

I’m not a regular consumer of doughnuts, dunkin donuts are not the best and not the worst. I won’t drink the coffee but others really seem to enjoy it, again I am not a fan but that doesn’t mean I should rag on the business bc I have a picky pallet.
