My drinks are never made right. Either way too sweet or not sweet enough. Too much of a flavor or not enough flavor even though I state how many pumps I want. The staff is okay. I’ve never had issues with them. No rudeness or anything. It’s usually fast service. The donuts seem really small at this location, but I may be wrong, and they are all the same size at every location.

On august 13th, 2023 at 6:30pm the female employee working the window was extremely rude and unsatisfactory. The intercom was broken so I pulled forward, only to be screamed at. She claimed it was not broken, which it was. My bacon I ordered was only burnt tips cover excessive salt due to spite. Garbage location. She does not deserve employment, the receipt states “Samantha”. Garbage staff. Shut it down!!!

I visited the Dunkin’ Donuts on Oleander this morning and this was just about the rudest staff i’ve encountered in quite a while. The store manager on duty (wearing a blue shirt) was so aggressive and nasty to me and I can’t understand why. I can only assume fast food is a very difficult job to work with how busy they are but it doesn’t mean you have to start a customer’s day by making them feel like they are an inconvenience to you.

Every time I visit the dunkin on 4511 oleander dr wilmington nc the employee including the manager is never nice or friendly. The employee always have I don’t care attitude. I had a bad experience with a employee this morning she said her name was sarah but it says Jasslyn on the receipt she didn’t greet me nor did she try to help with the rewards program it was like she didn’t care to be to work. Incidents like this can affect you to have a bad morning. I rarely go to this dunkin because EVERYTIME i come here its always the same thing. I will drive across town before I come to this dunkin so that alone speaks for itself.
