Walked in and everyone just stared. NO hello or even welcome. Food burnt, all donuts including munchkins were gooey and mushy. Do not let them give any PREPACKAGED donuts. Overall awful. The wraps are stale. They cook them until they are burnt and crumble apart. The cheese burnt to a crisp. Went 3 days in a row, same issue.

I love Dunkin, but not this one. First, I ordered a coffee roll and they didn’t have any, so it was replaced with a coffee muffin. I ordered a frozen hot chocolate that wasn’t blended all the way and no chocolate syrup. I called to get a refund and the lady that I spoke with said that it was suppose to be sugar free and no syrup unless I request it. I’ve never had that problem at other Dunkins. I asked for a refund, but because of how she said all that to me like I didn’t know how it was suppose to have tasted or have been made, I hung up. I recommend going to another one and not this one.

One of the best Dunkin coffees I’ve had and the stuffed bagel minis were cooked perfectly! The lady at the window was also so kind she was there today around 5:30, whoever her boss is needs to give her a raise because she was so joyful and sweet!
