People did not greet us or even acknowledge us when we came in. The girl just looked at us until we said hi. We tried to make a joke about something but the girl didn’t even react. Two other people just handed us our food and didn’t say anything when we told them we already ordered. Place had chunks of crumbs on the ground and seats and my donut was tasteless and dry. We won’t return.

We have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt…but unfortunately lately every time we go he encounters rude customer service and food pictured below. I would like to ask management a question. Would you be happy being treated rudely and then having to pay for burnt food? I’m sorry but we won’t be back to your location.

One of the better experiences at Dunkin. Ordered my regular Caramel Macchiato Heavy cream. Spiced it up and got it iced. It was pretty good I mean not coffee shop quality but for a sugary coffee drink surprising I liked it. You could taste the roasted espresso and salted caramel. The heavy cream was also surprisingly heavy cream. Customer service was great at this location as well. All round great Dunkin.

Have been to this location 3 times now that I’ve had to pull out of line after waiting 10-15 minutes. Today I was told any food, bagel, muffin, wraps, would take 10 minutes as they are now “made to order”. This is an unacceptable ask from a drive thru, take food off the menu if you can’t keep up. Will not be returning until new practices are in place.

Every time I mobile order they try to give me someone else’s order at the window. Every time I order a croissant with only egg they put cheese on it whether I mobile order it or order at the window. The staff isn’t friendly like 95% of the time, which wouldn’t be a big deal if I had a smooth experience.
