Fantastic place, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Most even know my order when I walk in. Even when super busy I don’t wait long, they are moving quickly to get everyone taken care of. Store is very clean. One of the only Dunkin buildings I will go to. They do need to make the donut that has apple filling in it an every day staple. I’m always trying to find those when I go in. So good!

The donuts was hard and steal. So once I got to work I called, and the MANAGER ANDRE WAS VERY DISMISSIVE TOWARDS ME!! No REMORSE ANYTHING!! I am a loyal Dunkin’ Donuts customer I go there twice a day every day I encountered a gentleman that works there and every time I order my coffee now he charges me for whip cream and caramel drizzle on my large iced coffee. He is very rude, very unprofessional, and has no personality, I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I have also been to other several Dunkin’ Donuts in the area and nobody charges me for this on my coffee, just this Dunkin’ Donuts, and just him from the store. The other employees there do not charge me just this particular employee. He is rude as he can be. Horrible customer service with an attitude.

I go in there every morning before work and today they were rude. I like my coffee sweet like extra so that’s what I told them and then when I saw that they put less of what I usually get and I asked if she could put more and she was like it would cost extra and just rude like I couldn’t pay for the extra. The sandwiches were good. Went through the drive through. The breakfast sandwiches are the best. The hash browns are great. This locations muffins are kind of dry. I love Dunkin Ice coffees I always get extra cream and sugar. I would highly recommend the French Vanilla Ice Coffee it is very delicious!
