I come to this location daily and always have a positive experience. The Dunkin employees that work Drive thru are always polite and are patient. Drinks are almost always correct. & When they’re not, they are always willing to correct it. Wait times do vary on the time of the day you go. Expect to wait longer between 7-9:30. The staff cannot control the amount of time your or the people ahead of food will take to cook. If you’re unwilling to wait a few minutes, it’s best to put a mobile order in, in advance and go directly inside to pick up.

The Dunkin Donuts on Neuse Blvd is by far my favorite. Always clean, quick, accurate, and Amazing Staff. I have never had an issue here. The food is always fresh, and hot. Their coffee is always fresh. And their staff is unmatched. They are by far the best staff of any Dunkins I’ve been to. Always smiling, they interact with you, and are always greeting you like you are family.
