This DD never fails me on service. Today there was a very rude irrational woman ahead of me in line. She was extremely rude to the staff who were busy as could be. They all handled it with good response and kept doing their jobs. The manager was very helpful even took time to sit down with the woman. Way to go DD. The store runs completely different when management is there. I would argue the best place to get coffee when they are there. When they aren’t there the place comes to a screeching hault. Anytime after lunch time I would stay away. The new store looks phenomenal but you can’t change the service by looks. Absolutely love going in the mornings when the gentlemen is there that drives the white Nissan truck. Showed up yesterday for a nitro brew and stood around for 15 min after online ordering to be shrugged by whoever was in charge that they were out. Settled for a less expensive drink with no conversation of pricing.

I stood in line for 2 hours for a give away and go nothing. They said it was for the 1st 100 customers. But not true because they had in store and drive-thru getting service. DT went faster today so people came well after we all stood in line to go in.

Worst service ever especially with the immature employee Sierra and the so called manager Michelle. Also, I don’t think Starbucks would have tried to hand me two lattes unlabeled and tell me to figure it out. When I told him to figure it out he literally took a sip from the cup. Will never, never, never go to this establishment again. You can redecorate and try to change the look, but if the employees are rotten to the core the ugliness will show through.

I had never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts before. I’m not a huge fun of sweets but I was craving a donut and my boyfriend and I decided to stop by and give it a shot. We got inside the store to get a better idea of the menu since drive thru is usually fast paced and doesnt give you time to choose. The lady was so welcoming and we let her know it was our first time trying and she explained the different options they have. Gave us 3 extra donuts and at the end I couldn’t believe it when she said we didn’t have to worry about paying cus they would be taking care of our bill. Wow how sweet. I truly enjoyed the donuts and the ladies working were super sweet and welcoming.

This was one of my faviort coffee and donut spot.. except for yesterday had a bad mishap with them went through the drive through as nor.al the lady on the mic was very rude. She kept repeating herself like it was a game.so that’s when it started well anyways they got my order which was just a medium coffee and two donuts their was one car in front of me and no one behind me I literally waited for over a half hour and the lady in front of me only got 3 hot drinks.. it was like a game to everyone their.. I really hope you guys get your act together so I can go back to enjoying my coffee and donuts..
