The drive through has never gotten my order correct, I’ve always had to go inside after. Went in today to get bacon put on my avocado toast because they forgot, and there was a hair in the bacon.

This place has seemed to get worse, in regards to customer service over the past few months, and is very slow at getting orders to the drive through. Seems like they just don’t care. Hopefully this place shuts down and becomes a Starbucks, If you dont like working there find a job somewhere else, No one forced you to work there

This is, by far, the slowest Dunk I’ve ever been to. Every time, no exceptions. I have been to 50+ Dunks and never dealt with drive thru wait times like I do at this place. You need to pull cars into parking spots if their order isn’t ready (like every other fast food business)

Everytime I come there some stuck up workers handing me my food and I’m young 21 year old and it’s funny that ppl even my age that work there seem miserable I never once get told to have a good day…every time I come I have a rude encounter the only reason why I come back is bc it’s closest to my work and food is made sloppy
