I’ve been to this location several times and always had a good experience, lately my husband and I have been ordering the iced caramel chocolate cold brew and it’s been delicious, but this morning when we went through the drive through to get our usual order as we were pulling off we noticed it just tasted like straight water and no coffee flavor at all, because it’s normally not like that and we paid over $10 for them I went back through the line to see if they could exchange the coffee, a young girl with dark brown hair in braids (didn’t get her name) very much had an attitude, asking me if I understood that the coffee didn’t come with cream and sugar (I never get it with cream and sugar), when I was stating politely that it didn’t taste like coffee, I never said anything about the sweetness, she just rudely rolled her eyes & reluctantly had a very sweet girl named Brooke re make our cold brews and Brooke let me taste test the first one to make sure it was right, which I really appreciated! She was very polite and I made sure to ask her name & to tell her I would write her a good review because she deserved it! Overall, the first girl I talked to could learn some tips from Brooke! It’s not that hard to be polite, especially when a paying customer is approaching you in a polite manner.

I go to to this particular Dunkin atleast 4 times a week not just for my coffee but for the amazing service given by one particular employee, Elijah Finger. Elijah has perfected his job not only making the best macchiatos but by being so loving and personable with his regular customers. That little interaction I have with him during the week around 3pm literally has brightened the worst of days for me. So if you happen to be the person who signs off on Elijah’s paycheck do me a favor and give this sweet guy a raise because he deserves it and so much more

Ordered a iced matcha latte and i received it like this. It tasted like there was mocha in it. I’m guessing that’s why it was brown. Definitely the most disgusting drink I’ve had. Not sure what happened, but they should have re made it if they messed up and put the wrong thing. I asked the worker why it was brown and he said he wasn’t sure. I didn’t want to hold up the line or make the employees work even harder so I left. After today I think I’m done giving Dunkin chances.

I wish I could give zero or negative stars. This is the absolute worst DD that I’ve ever been to. The outside and from what I can see through the window looks REALLY disgusting and when I got my small drink it wasn’t even close to full. They were about to close and I was really tired so unfortunately I did not go back and ask for a refund. I wish that I did because this drink is going straight to the trash. Avoid this place! I usually go to the one in the gas station and they are a lot better.

Ok people it’s Dunkin’ Donuts , with that said the service was awesome and it was accurate the coffee was fresh and it was made correctly and it was a very pleasant and happy atmosphere great for the kids and the adults. great place to sit and be able to enjoy your coffee, with all this being said the only negative I can say and the reason why I gave only three stars is because they don’t allow the children to sample a few of the munchkins that they might want to try to see if they like
