Every time I go to this Conover location my Carmel Frozen Coffee is never right!!!! Always different, so someone needs to be training these employees the correct way of fixing stuff, Always, Always , different!! Git one today, it’s not sweat, no Carmel drizzle like I asked for. They’re so rude and seems to be alot of goofing off!

Usually everything is fine here, but for the second time in a couple of weeks I ordered a Carmel macchiato and they didn’t put the espresso in it, it was just milk. When I took it back to get it replaced the employees were very rude. I’m assuming this is a management problem because it’s the only Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to that I’ve ever had any type of issue at all.

Ordered a caramel crunch iced coffee and a regular hot coffee with two creams and sugar got the first coffee right with two creams in the sugar but wait until I got to the window to tell me they don’t have caramel crunch coffee like I asked for then I asked if I could re-order something else she said yes but I must pay for what I did now and go all the way back through the line so I ask one more time can I please wear a coffee now I’m here and the manager was very rude and then trying to say some kind of snide remark right before I pulled off and I heard her and I asked her what she said and she had no reply and I just simply said have a nice day this happened about two months ago from this post the manager was a shorter lady with short hair and glasses but other than that incident every time I went food has always been good and the coffees have always been good but they do have a little bit of an issue here and they’re getting the order right from the drive-through to the window but I understand mistakes happen

Put in a mobile order for walk up. They got it wrong and when I asked for compensation, they wouldn’t make it right. All I wanted was an iced coffee for my boss for having to leave work to pick up the correct item. Management needs to be introduced to the concept of customer service. Lousy management day 2 trying to get my donuts that I paid for. Employees are rude and stuck up when you are trying to get the donuts u paid for, messed the order up and isn’t really trying to fix it . They said tomorrow morning they will have my donuts. If they don’t it will be an issue.
