Parking lot is absolutely filthy. First impression was not good. The food here is just not worth the money. Will probably never go back. I’ve never seen so many staff in one establishment doing so little and yet the employee that was helping me couldn’t be bothered for a straw because she was so busy taking another order. What I saw was poorly trained staff, very little investment in the property at large, and just kind of nasty. Do better since this is a new place in the area. In my opinion it’s just another junk food joint that only caters to tourists who use Franklin as a pit stop on the way to the casino’s. Not really the type of business development we need in the area. So to whoever owns this place do a better job, clean it up, train your crew properly, and add to the area. The area don’t just steal from it. This place is nothing more than a money grab.

At the speaker I ordered A Large Hot Latte. Saw the price on the side of the window which was $3.83 which I figured it was off. Only second time ever going through drive thru. Woman said that she’ll be right back at the window a few moments later the manager comes back with a small latte. I held the cup up and said I ordered a large and the manager said well you paid for a small than I brought my card back out and said then I’ll pay for a large then she proceeded to tell me to drink the small, pull up, and come inside and receive another small cup. The employee at the window was nice. The manager that came was rude and extremely unprofessional.

Not usually one to leave a review, but this store is going down hill fast. They used to be really good, but lately they are messing everything up. I usually order on the app. I ordered an iced French vanilla latte, I could tell by the color at the window it was wrong. I clarified, this is an iced French vanilla latte? They said yes. It was the worst coffee ever. It tasted like watered down coffee with a packed of sweet and low added to it. I ordered a bacon and cheese egg bite, got a veggie one. Ordered my friend a cream cheese stuffed bagel bite, there was no cream cheese in the bite and they were cold.

I had mixed reviews, had stopped on my way to Gatlinburg and way back. Had good coffee and hash browns but way back it was not that good. Still going with good rating as its conveniently located, its nice refreshing stop here.

On June 2nd, it was National Donut day so I went up to the Dunkin’ donuts in Franklin North Carolina to get donuts for all of our residents at the assisted living where I work. I was a 45 minutes there & 45 minute drive back and it was worth every second of that hot sweaty drive!!! Sorry guys I don’t have any pictures!! They were beautiful yummy donuts have every single flavor you could think of. And the staff was very kind they were nice!!!

If I could give them more stars I would! The employees were very welcoming, nice, efficient and attentive. My drink was sweet just like I like it! And let’s not talk about the croissant it was so yummy and cooked to perfection! Definitely recommend stopping by if your a DDs fan.

My sister ordered on the app at the store. It was simple, 1 large Machiaoto, 1 large cold brew, an a small iced coffee and a 25 count box of munchkins. Well the only messed up one of the drinks, the small iced coffee was ordered with cream, but we finally asked for and got 3 creamers for the coffee. We then waited 20 minutes for them to get the munchkins. I went to the counter to ask about it, but it took even more time to finally get the order complete. They finally completed the order, but seemed to be more interested in getting the drive thru than people actually in the store. Disappointed, but not surprised

On Saturday morning 8am 12-4-2021 my husband got a dozen of doughnuts he just said you mix them, he took it to a customer on he job sight. They were day or 2 days old he brought them home because the customer didn’t want them, so took a bite it was so hard so I put it in the microwave then was able to eat it. So this will be the last time me or my husband get doughnuts from Dunkin doughnuts. Fron now on We’ll go to Ingles where there fresh! Do you even make fresh doughnuts? I ready other posts and some say there were bad to.
