This is the only Dunkin that I’ve to that is so inconsistent with their drinks. One day it’s great, the next day it’s horrible. I just went today and ordered two iced caramels; they came out the first time looking like cups of milk. I sent them back and when they brought them out the second time they looked and tasted like straight cold brew coffee, no sugar, no creamer and no caramel. I’ve tried giving them chance after chance after chance. This was sadly the last chance. We won’t be back.

I bought 8 donuts yesterday, and those donuts were horrible. They were extremely dry, dried out looking glaze, the chocolate iced one has little icing, not even a decent tasting one. Wasted money. Won’t go back there. I got a chai latte and the cinnamon and cardamon was overpowering and way to sweet. Wish I could post pictures of these donuts.

The worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin’. We stopped in on the way to Spruce Pine and both our drinks (which were very different) were terrible. We ordered a Dragonfruit Refresher with coconut milk and a Carmel Chocolate Cold Brew. They were out of Cold Brew and asked if it would be fine to make it with regular iced coffee – which wasn’t the issue. The issue was all they did was put one pump of chocolate flavoring in an iced coffee. None of the toppings or chocolate foam that comes with the drink – they didn’t even ask if they should add any cream or sugar. Every other location has always asked regardless of whether it’s a Cold Brew or regular coffee. The Dragonfruit Refresher essentially had no flavor at all. Yet, whenever we’ve gotten this drink at any other location, it’s very good. This location is clean though, I’ll give it that.

Inconsistent drinks. One time it tastes awful, another too sweet, and another tastes fine, you never know, there doesn’t seem to be a standard. Also, if you’re wanting a frozen coffee or a latte, prepare to be disappointed, because everytime I order I get the reply “We aren’t doing any frozen drinks today.” I ordered a caramel chocolate cold brew with chocolate cold cream today and was told they weren’t doing those today, but they could make me something similar with chocolate cold cream on top. They ran out of chocolate cold cream. Then I attempted to order a donut and was told they didn’t have the flavor. Tried to order a frozen hot chocolate and guess what? No frozen drinks today. It’s ridiculous. This has to be the most poorly staffed and managed Dunkin I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting.

I made my order and had to correct the lady about my drink. No big deal. Sometimes they can’t hear what you said over the intercom. I get to the window and pay. I get my food. When the lady hands me my drink it’s the wrong size. Again. Not a big deal. I explained that I wanted a large and not a small. I hear in the background another lady (the one who took my order) say I was lying and she asked me twice what I wanted. I’m mad at this point because she asked twice and the first time she got the entire drink wrong. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if she hadn’t called me a liar. Then when I get the correct drink….it’s cold and you can barely taste the Chai in it. I’ve been here multiple times and each time seems to get worse. I won’t be going back.
