Good experience except once when employee said she was manager dk my coffee wasn’t filled up completely so left drive through because there was a line and drove around to just walk in and asked nicely if they could finish filling my coffee up and she was very rude told me I drank it and no she would not.. stupid people… regardless haven’t been back to that Dunkin they lost my business !! Treat your customers better

The drive thru Lane was very today. After I ordered it took 4-5 min to get my food. The quality of food was average. I had bagel, bacon, egg and cheese with hash browns that were under cooked.

A very busy Dunkin when we were there. It took a few extra minutes to get our orders because we went in to the store, rather than the drive-thru. Nice that there was also a Dollar General next door, so we hit both places at the same time. Wasn’t an exorbitant long wait, so not an issue. Dunkin’s coffee is SO much better than Starbucks!!! There’s no comparison!!

Today, I took my family & we used the drive thru. A young girl waited on us. We ordered one dozen of mixed donuts and 2 beverages. One was strawberry, with coconut milk & something else, got another one completely different. The girl got a little confused on which one was small and which was large. She apologized as she took our order SEVERAL times. I explained to her it was NO big deal and she put her hands together & placed them under her chin and said I’m so so sorry. Again I told her those drinks had 3 flavors in one and then the size. I almost forgot what we wanted so it was easy to be confused.

Got coffee on my way back to SC and this has to be the best dunkin I’ve been to. Really showed me that my local dunkin is screwing me over but this location was top knotch! They were so sweet to my dog! Great coffee and staff!

Ordered through drive through. Service was sub par. The person in the window, Terry, was rude. She took my payment and the just walked off. I had to sit and wait for my order (a large iced coffee and a muffin) that was ready right behind her. If you have a bad attitude maybe not work in the public. I would report it to the store manager but honestly I feel like it would do no good. Yes I use to work at this location so maybe they have animosity towards me but you should not bring personal into work
