If you go here don’t expect to get what you ordered. We frequently come to this location due to the closeness to our home and I can count on one hand over the last 6 months that I’ve gotten what I have ordered. Half the time it’s nowhere close to my order. I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant a few days ago and got something not even on the menu anymore with everything bagel seasoning on it and Turkey or chicken inside. Recently I went to get my daughter and I a donut and they gave me two totally different ones and when I let her know that wasn’t what I ordered (until that day I have just left it as is but this time I politely let her know that wasn’t my order) she acted like it was an inconvenience to go get the correct items and when she brought them one of the donuts was still wrong. My coffee is never made correctly, no matter how many pumps of the swirls I add they only put one if I’m lucky. 99% of the time is missing the cold foam and I get an eye roll when I ask for the cold foam. All these kids need to do is read the order tickets and clearly they’re not. I have an extensive history in food service, including management, and this ridiculous. My employees would never get away with the attitude these kids and young adults working here have towards the customers. All it takes is a good manager (good being the key) sitting down and having a 1 on 1 meeting or group meeting and without being mean or condescending let everyone know that they need to read the order tickets and try to make sure orders are correct. We used to come almost daily most weeks and every time something was wrong.

I don’t really purchase Donuts often but I’m a huge fan of their coffee. My favorite is Hot Mocha and the Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew in the fall but they make a mean cup of coffee as well. Always super nice employees.

This was the most insane, worst experience at any restaurant I’ve been to…came tonight (8/15/23 at 7pm) and all the staff were on their phones and then looked at us LOUDLY laughing with eachother about who gets to take our order. We continued to stand for 5 minutes while they literally played nose goes about who would take our order for a half dozen donuts…another couples minutes and they are still all loudly talking about how none of them want to take our order, in front of us and laughing and completely ignoring us..how about quit being lazy and actually do your extremely simple job of putting 6 donuts into a box? Also touching phones and hair then touching donuts/drinks is super unsanitary

We go to this Dunkin a lot because of its convenience and are usually happy with the food. Unfortunately this was not the case today. While our egg & cheese bagels were good, the donuts were definitely leftover. Really disappointed. I will say that the place is always clean & the staff is always nice & friendly.

Come here all the time, and they are always out of something. Today, half of my $30 mobile order they did not have upon arriving at the window. Food is never finished by pick up time, never told ahead that they are out of items, attitude while asking for my substitutions, and didn’t receive full dollar amount in substitutions, due to their lack of stock. They should update their customers using the mobile app in order to let them know what is and isnt currently available. Half my order was not for me, so not always easily fixable. Highly disappointed, and never truly leave here satisfied.

I don’t often eat this kind of food, but when I do I expect a place to live up to the hype that has always been a specialty of American businesses. Many moons ago in a galaxy far away I was in the habit of stopping by my local dunkin donuts and purchasing a dozen blueberry cake donuts about twice a month and they were awesome! Moist on the inside with a glazed exterior that had just a hint of crunch….Mmmmmm..man! I’d plow through the whole box in two days.. But the dozen I bought a short time ago at the chimney rock road location were just plain lousy. The dog wouldn’t even eat them.

I visit Dunkin’ twice a week but stopped going to this one because they never add sugar to the coffee. Nothing worse than sipping your coffee on the highway for a 10 hour trip and realizing it has 0 sugar. When Jamie is there, it’s always perfect, but when he’s not, the drinks are never made right.

Absolutely the best group of people! They have gotten to know me quite well since I come every morning since I work 7 days a week. Jaime is always a blast to hear and see first thing in the morning! My gal although left for a better opportunity always made sure my coffee was made proper and passed it along before she left. Now even my weekend gal makes sure it’s right! Best dunkins I have ever found here in the South! They truly care about you and your order, making the entire experience enjoyable! No matter how much I dread going into work for whatever reason this Dunkins always puts me in a great mood when I leave the parking lot.

the drink was good but the girl that rang it up rang it up wrong, which wasn’t the problem but she poured hot espresso over ice? shocking the shot and melting the ice. still not a problem. easily fixed with a cup of ice. but she seemed very annoyed that i actually wanted to enjoy my $7 coffee drink after being in the car for 8 hours. i got the ice cup one size smaller and without a lid. i gave an extra star because the hand soap smells wonderful. i’m a barista so it was like ??? why so mad? it’s okay shawty bae.
