The morning shift people are really kind and we like to go all the time. The evening shift people however always have an attitude like they’d rather be anywhere else and more often than not get our orders wrong. Went to get a refresher with lemonade last night, it came out with green tea and when I asked about it the worker said they made it with green tea and not lemonade because they were out of lemonade.. so she just didn’t bother to say anything until after we’d already paid? (and probably wouldn’t have had I not asked about it?) We’ve decided to just stop going in the evenings because that’s when you get the worst service. Otherwise, the location is convenient and the morning shift is usually pretty stellar.

I’ve finally learned my lesson with this Dunkin Donuts. Plus side is it’s very convenient but down side is, bagel wasn’t even slightly warm, barely toasted, bacon texture was like cardboard with no flavor. Coffee wasn’t hot. Donut holes were stale. I’m only 2 minutes away from the store. This is like the 4th time I’ve ordered, each time hoping it would be better. It’s not. Don’t waste your money or time with this location.

Went through drive thru. Ordered a ham and swiss stuffed croissant and an order of hasbrowns. $6.93 they don’t even fill the hashbrown bag up, they give you a measly 6 hashbrown rounds and charge a $1.79 for them and the croissant was not hot, just barely lukewarm and a small potion for over $4. Very disappointed. Will not return to this location.

Teresa the manager on duty today is a horrible manager. I ordered two frozen drinks and she made them iced. We told her at the window that we asked for frozen and she started to argue with us and tell us we were lying. Refused to remake them.
