This is not my favorite Dunkin, but it’s the one closest to my home. I was pleasantly surprised to see there was a good variety of donuts to choose from when I stopped by on a Friday morning at 9:30. And they were fresh! On the other hand, the kid behind rhe counter had no personality, no customer service skills, and looked like it was killing him to be working. I’m sticking with QT at I-77 exit 24 for my donuts. Better service and donuts are just as good.

The staff was nice, but not enough help. Waited 20 minutes for 2 plain cups of coffee. The coffee was terrible, after trying to drink part of it, we threw it away. Sorry to say this was a disappointing Dunkin.

Didn’t realize the oven shut off 40 mins before close. This was news to me. Maybe this should be posted on the doors and on the website. This is what we were told when we tried to order avacado toast around 7:20 yesterday. Very upsetting cause I’ve been to multiple DD locations and this was never an issue.

My daughter and I were traveling from fl. to oh. stoped by for gas I went in,this was about1 in the afternoon, I always get the frozen carmel coffee, anyway went in both girls working there were on there phones after saying excuse me 3 times one looked up, I said I would like to place an order, the one girl says you have to step down one window to order, she seemed very mad I brothered her , while she was using her phone,she filled my order slid my drink toe and turned her back…she should not be working anywhere near the public….she hated her job and the people she waits on, the other girl never even looked up she stayed on her phone ..so bad for bussiness

Donuts are always good but the employee was having a rough morning. I’m not going to harp on the employee as I do not know why she was having a bad morning. She was trying to run the drive thru and front counter and force a smile. You could clearly see that she was stressed and overwhelmed. I told the girl to have a great day and to remember to smile. So as the customer remember that they are people to not just an employee that there could be a underlying reason why they may be having a rough time.
