When we arrived there no other customers in the place. The employees were sitting at the tables on their phones. The place was trashed. Food on the counters, floors and in the display. There is not enough room or time to express how bad this place was.

Choose a different company or another establishment. This DD is the worst. Customer service is horrible. Employees are surprised they have to make an order. Lattes turn into chocolate milk without any actual coffee or espresso on multiple occasions. Place is dirty and no one seems to care. Employees sit on phones at table and don’t even want to get up to work or they are sitting on curb out front. I would be ashamed to own or manage this particular establishment.

first of all, if the food is gonna be bad, at least have good customer service. second, nobody wants hair in their food. do better!!!!! makes me want to spend more of my money at starbucks because i know they don’t treat their customers like TRASH.

This place used to be great. The weekday morning staff has always been excellent, but the weekend staff is horrible. To begin with, they couldn’t find my mobile order in the system. This wasn’t a big deal as it’s happened before, but they couldn’t find it because they had already prepared it. I ordered 50 munchkins, the girl came to the window with an overflowing 25 count size box that couldn’t close and told me they were out of the 50 count size boxes. When I asked for them to be put into two 25 count boxes, she acted like I was inconveniencing her. Considering the attitude I was getting, I was afraid to ask for a straw for my drink. I have never left a review for anything, but this place deserves all the negative reviews it has received.

Usually when I go to this location in the afternoon I’m spoken to very rudely and told I can’t be served food. I was having a horrible day and was expecting to be treated rudely. To my surprise I was treated with patience and enthusiasm. My day was turned around by Nina and Chloe making me laugh and treating me with kindness. I look forward to seeing them every time I attend the restaurant, because of their continued excellent service. I hope the rest of the staff begins to follow their costumer service skills.

This place used to be GREAT! I used to drive out of my way to go there because of how great the service was. Today, I recieved the worse service I have ever received – at any drive thru. The line was long but it usually goes pretty quick so I didn’t mind waiting. I waited for approximately 10 minutes until I pulled up to the window (only 2-3 cars ordered during this time). I get to the menu to order and no one says anything. I was watching the minutes because at this point, this wait was making me late. But, I thought maybe they were having a tough morning- I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I waited a full 3 minutes at the menu before deciding to pull up further because in my mind, there was NO way a drive thru would let someone sit there for a full 3 minutes without saying anything. No one said “give us a few minutes”. I literally didn’t hear a word. I waited another 5 minutes or so until more cars moved forward and I got to the window. Again, no one approached the window for another 30 seconds. The female at the window then approaches the window and says “$16” and throws her hand out. I politely told her: “I actually haven’t ordered yet. I wasn’t sure if you were having issues with your speaker because I couldn’t hear anything so I pulled up”. She cut me off and said “you can’t order here, I have a line wrapped around the building!” I thought to myself: “Yes, I know, I just sat in it for 20 minutes”. Instead, I just said Okay and drove off. It’s crazy how many people work in customer service positions but clearly aren’t cut out to be in the industry. Needless to say, I won’t be going to this location anymore. And from the looks of everyone else sitting in the line, they won’t have many customers left soon. I could hear her barking at the next customer as I was driving off.

The service here is completely unbearable. The workers do not understand how to be kind ever. I come here because it is on the way to my job but with the way the workers treat you i will not be returning. I placed a order for pick up and they were busy and i took a seat like i do every time placing pick up. They looked at me after sitting for 10 minutes and asked my name and then continued to make smart comments right in front of me. Saying “how you gonna come in here and not even say anything for your order but just sit down” and walked off rolling eyes and slammed my drink down and said “heres your drink” rolling eyes yet again. I have worked at dunkin before and this would not have been tolerated to be rude to your customers.

The Drink was Delicious Better than Expected. When I arrived at the establishment the doors were locked, I didn’t understand why because it was 5pm in the evening but the young lady open the door and let me in. Customer service was ok/nice and the Countertop where you order and place your Drink wasn’t to clean.
