Just wanted to add that I quit coming to this location because at every other dunkin I got to, the drinks are full to the top, not an inch and a half from the top. So someone isn’t measuring correctly. The service has always been great though. Too bad I used to go there for coffee and not the service.

for people who leave petty and negative reviews and don’t work in the service industry, need to go on about their daily lives and leave hard working people alone. especially if you continuously go to that same location everyday plain stupid honestly. to answer any future questions: can we refund a mobile order in store? NO. if we have 3 people working waiting on a fourth and a line out to the road, are we gonna open up the lobby just because you just want some donuts or a cup of coffee? NO. are they gonna let you pick out two dozens of donuts at the speaker with oncoming cars behind you and when they tell you no you curse at them and then come in expecting someone to take your order after being disrespected? NOOOOOO!!!!!!! and for people saying they didn’t get enough in their lattes, it’s a preset measurement. you ask for less ice and your cup is not filled to the brim that your fault. cause it’s gonna be the same amount of liquid even if it was normal ice lol. and if you don’t like the coffee there and it’s an inconvenience when it’s so called “wrong”, invest in a keurig. thank you for reading.

Went through the drive thru to order donuts and was told I had to come inside to order donuts. I’m sorry, am I not at Dunkin DONUTS? Your drive thru sign has donuts listed on it, but it’s just to look at? I went to Chickenbutt Donuts all the way in Chapin because at least there I can order donuts and actually get them without an attitude! And there was NOBODY else in the drive thru or at the window. Absolutely ridiculous. Your staff needs to be fired.

My mother came here a few days ago and apparently had a terrible experience. I don’t like to judge things off of one experience, so I went to try it myself. Sat in the drive-thru for a few minutes before an employee finally asked to take my order, bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The bacon was burnt, not crispy, just burnt. It tasted horrible. And the employee mentioned was rude and cold.

OMG the rudeness of one particular staff person was amazing. If it weren’t for the other staff person I would have rated this place 1 star. Don’t have a car and wanted a cup of coffee and donut. Went into the lobby. Got an attitude from the blonde cause I didn’t have a car. Asked if I needed to walk through the drive to get what I wanted. She walked away and got another person who was very nice, got my coffee and donut. Geez. Sorry I didn’t have a car! Won’t return.

I asked for “less ice” I truly hate this location and hate is a strong word. employees have an attitude and always act like you’re inconveniencing them by showing up. almost paid $7 to have less than a small cup of liquid put in a large cup. ridiculous.

Why is the lobby not taking orders when there are 10 employees standing around??? Do better Dunkin… you are not the only people selling coffee and donuts!!! Purchased 2 hot lattes this morning and they both were undrinkable. Took them back intending to ask for a refund but they offered to remake them. The second ones were no better but I had already left so I was stuck with a $10.54 charge to my Dunkin Card. I. WILL NOT be returning.

Wow, ok first of all the lobby is open a huge step up compared to the other location on Lake Murry. The girl at the counter was super nice and extremely helpful. Our drinks were super fast and correct which is hard to do these days. The food came out hot and delicious! Will definitely be back to this location

Well another Mismanaged Dunkin that won’t accept your order for walk in customers, while 4 staff members present on a quiet Sunday morning 2 of which were standing around. You can come in the restaurant and look but no one will take your order they require you to use there mobile app and if you have trouble with it they will not assist they would prefer you to just leave…..
