Every Sunday my husband and I go there to get our stuff and again the same thing happens. We either get ignore or the service is really bad. Some our friends say the same thing. This is on the only Dunkin Donuts near us. I feel like they all need some new training on customer service. They have lost business from us. We just walked out.

Said they didn’t know if they ever made smoothies there although it’s on the menu. Absolutely nothing for donuts to choose from. Will never go back. Nobody wants to work. They were standing around talking to each other and someone making something in the back. Got a refund and left.

I’m wondering if this location is owned by the same person who owns the other Lexington location . It’s uncanny how they are out of something EVERY single time. This is not a huge restaurant with an extensive menu. It’s a few basic items, like eggs, bacon, and croissants, and yet they can’t keep them in stock. That is evidence of poor management. Never trying again.

Asked for Xtra bacon and received a small amount of crumbled bacon. Way to much butter on bagel and bagel had 2 tops and I asked for toasted bagel,which it was not. Onn order had 2 tops of bagel and our other order had 2 bottoms. Croissant was hard and ordered sweet black pepper and I received regular bacon. Ordered butter pecan crunch frozen coffee and missing caramel missing the crunch. Ordered 2 orders if snakin bacon and only received 2 little pieces. Only thing good about our $50 was the munchkins

Dont bother. They never have what I want when I go. Service is horrible. Been there like 6 times to give them a chance, never improves. 1 trip they qere out of the donuts I wanted, a other bagels, another they had no eggs. Dont waste your time.

I tried a large Winter White Chocolate cappuccino, it was ok. Personally I would have liked it to be sweeter. I gave a 4 star because I was the only person inside, so my order went a little faster than those in the drive-thru.
