This is my special coffee donut place. My usual are cocoa mocha iced signature latte and the caramel maze. The donuts, you already know they are the best. However, I had a cinnamon roll donut and it didn’t taste fresh or it was just not a good taste, so I would stay away from that one. The Staff here are the BEST! Shout out to April!! Very pleasant, professional, friendly, and very apologetic staff. Heads up, please don’t go here if you’re tight on time, they are super busy in the mornings, so please have time to spare when going for your donut or coffee. The ladies are very fast and efficient. Please be patient with them. They give service with a smile unlike Starbucks…yep I said it.

It pains me to be a negative Nancy, but I feel that upper management needs to be made aware of the chronic shortage of menu items at this location. They are always out of items that are clearly advertised on their daily menu, even after personally requesting (more than 5xs in person at the store) that they keep a certain menu item stocked. I would typically be an everyday customer if they would just keep their advertised food available!! So to whomever manages this branch, please take note that you’re losing a lot of $$$ due to always being “out” of everything! I see that I’m not the only one complaining about this. Honestly, how hard is it to keep something stocked that you have on your menu??

Decided to post a review while I waited for over 40 minutes in the drive thru line. I used to be an extremely loyal customer and came through every morning. Within the last two to three years, the customer service has declined to the point that I mostly refuse to go and only do so when I want an alternative to our local Starbucks. The door is always locked to go inside, no apology or kindness towards customers that have patiently waited, and zero consistency with drink orders.

The morning manager Kaylee is horrible. I’ve been a couple of times and just assumed she was having a bad day but today was just uncalled for. Communication is not her strong suit and I truly hope she learns how to function under pressure. Dunkin please do better with who you hire in these managerial positions. It will make a huge impact on customer retention and satisfaction at certain locations.

I don’t know what the issue is with this particular Dunkin’, but it has the worst customer service. You’ll wait about 5-10 minutes before someone even acknowledges that you’re there trying to place an order. Then they act like they’re so busy when they’re not (former Starbucks employee who knows what’s busy). They sometimes get your order wrong, and on few occasions, I’ve seen the employees be rude towards customers. Hire more employees and get better management! These factors contribute to customers leaving before placing orders.

Waited in drive through for over 30 minutes, get to the speaker and they are out of everything. No soda of any kind except for the zero sugar, “no seasoning” for the sandwich, no large cups. It was absolutely absurd and would’ve been comical if it was completely and utterly insane. Worst experience I have ever had at any drive-through in my entire life.

The least efficient fast food business I’ve ever been to. The employees aren’t rude but have literally zero clue on how to move thru the orders to move the line. You can tell that they have received 0 training from ownership. Went in for a large black coffee with maybe 2-3 people in front of me and it took over 20 minutes. Wanted to give it a few chances to see if it was just that day but after 5+ visits it’s clear that it’s the norm.

The prices didn’t match what was on the menu and when my wife asked about it, one of the staff(Hayley) was very condescending.on top of that the donuts were stale. At least my drink was good.We did not feel welcomed and we will not be going back.

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have made three trips to the Dunkin in Sumter and every time they don’t hardly have any donuts I went there at 8:00 am this morning thinking they would have a good variety and maybe pumpkin cake donuts but to my surprise they only had about 30 donuts in the whole place no munchkins no glaze mainly sprinkles and the girl at the counter says we are out of powdered sugar and out of some other things and I said well you’ll must be out all the time then it was oh we had a problem with our baker last night I mean come on Sumter you’ll need to get it together i drive 25 min for nothing this kit acceptable to be out at 8:00 am.
