I normally go to another store but I was in this area and stopped in. There was no one to be seen immediately and when I did see someone they did not acknowledge me or greet me. I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes until a girl walked over and just looked at me and said nothing. I asked if she was taking my order and she said yes. I gave her my order and about 10 minutes later I received my cold brew and croissant. No one said thank you or have a nice day. The manager was walking out at the same time as I was and she didn’t even speak. I was so frustrated I didn’t realize that I didn’t try my drink until I was almost home and it absolutely was not what I ordered. It was something caramel which I do not drink. I ordered a cold brew with this sweet cream topping. I will definitely frequent the other store and the local Starbucks before coming back here.

Ordered ahead through the app, and when I arrived they were out of one item I requested. But the staff were very nice & kindly offered me multiple options as replacements. The staff completed the rest of my order quickly & brought it out to me once it was done! I will most definitely be back to frequent this location again! All of my drinks & food were fresh & very delicious!

Ordered the bagel and the chorizo egg burrito and the food was cold. When I say cold….I mean like it was sitting in the refrigerator for 15 minutes cold! I had to stop by circle k and use the microwave just to heat my food up!

The lobby door was locked at 9 am, which seemed odd. The drive through / parking lot set up isn’t great. Flow of traffic is awful, people trying to run into cars to slide into line. I will never visit this location again.

I’ll add another 1 star to the pile of 1 stars. Literally the worst franchise manager. Every time my family goes there’s an issue. This morning it was the drive thru crew – disrespectful and rude. I’m done giving this place a chance, convenience or not, not ever going back. Avoid.

The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Ordered 3 dozen donuts for an event and was reprimanded for not calling ahead and that it was unfair to other customers. No one said a single nice thing to me… and it only took a minute for them to box the donuts. Cool thanks

Their speaker is terrible—can’t hear a thing you’re asking for, so I cut my order short because I was tired of repeating myself after the 5th time of them asking “I’m sorry what?” Also no knowledge of their menu when I asked for an item and they seemed clueless as to what I was talking about. Realized finally what I was referring to and it was still incorrect/made wrong. Donut was sad looking and wrong type of filling so the entire experience was disappointing. Dirty, dank, limited selection (it was ~9am there were no Bavarian creams the trays of doughnuts were mixed so every donut have to be handled to see what it actually was. Is this raspberry is this vanilla…..) more akin to state-controlled USSR stores of the 70s, 80s & 90s.
