This location is trash. Ever since new management the store has gone completely downhill. Some of the workers have attitudes. They are serving iced coffee with no ice. They make absolutely no effort to get any ice. There’s literally a gas station across the street from the store. When I picked up my mobile order which was a large caramel iced coffee I notice there wasn’t much ice in the coffee and it felt slightly warmer than I liked. When I asked for more ice I was told it would be $1.50.. I definitely won’t be returning to this location. They literally haven’t had ice for at least 3-4 weeks. You can’t advertise iced coffee when you don’t have the ice for it.

GM all I have to say about this Duncan Donuts located on Forest Drive will be plan your trip and might be better off preordering your food a day before WOW. I have been a valued customer for over 20 years and I have never seen employees that work like they are forced to be there, move like snails with no friendly personality or people relations. If you are the owner reading these post about your business you really should do something about it or you don’t care about customer satisfaction that we pay your bills. With all of this said the only thing you can do is do better. If there was another shop people would make a choice of better service. Since there is none this what we have to deal with. Fast food is fast food for a reason. Owners have great day on purpose.

Honestly, I frequent this Dunkin because of its close proximity to where I work. I once loved the location because although it was always backed up, the lady (I’m assuming the previous manager) was very very sweet to myself and my daughter. Even under high pressure. It was always worth the wait, even when late lol. We always returned the love and was excited during our mornings to stop and see her. I’m not sure what happened to the ppl I knew but I’ll never return there. There are some true gems there that have basic respect for ppl and don’t hate their lives. I appreciate them to my core because they understand experience is top tier. There’s another that is extremely rude and even when you practice decorum with her, she, in no way, can reciprocate it. Sad that one person and their nasty attitude has me not even want to return to a once very nice establishment but it is what it is. I hope everyone else has a good experience nonetheless.

This was my go to DD for years before leaving the country for over 2yrs, even driving out of my way simply because of the customer service & my iced coffee was EXACTLY how I ordered it. So when I returned to the states, NATURALLY, I started back at my favorite DD. The owner has and is so nice and sweet!! However, this last month the customer service, the attention given to my orders, the exact same order every time with different totals depending on who’s working, having to repeat my order 2 or more times, loud music playing in dining room has simply turned me off. TBH, I don’t want to spend my $ at this location or drive out of my way. I’ll have to find another coffee shop to satisfy my coffee fix. Maybe I’ll try this DD again after a month and see if good changes have been made. Good luck Forest Dr DD!!

I could easily cut and paste comments from Brooklyn Making it Shine who nailed the miserable service and atmosphere at this location. I too have been a customer for decades and never encountered such poor and indifferent service. Also, only half of the racks had donuts with many choices unavailable. Don’t go there unless you have time to kill while being ignored. If you cannot do better, close the doors, very disappointing.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The service was slow and my coffee was awful. I ordered a hot coffee and it was just a touch above room temperature. It also tasted terrible. I’ve never had a coffee so bad I refuse to drink it but I threw this on straight in the trash. So disappointing

The slowest and most awful customer service, no matter how many second chances I have given this place – it NEVER improves. The wait time for a simple order is outrageous, today there was a woman worker screaming at someone on her cellphone clearly seen thru the drive thru window.
