Wouldn’t go to this location if you have social anxiety. I see this one lady every time I go to this location who always has an attitude. Today I went and I only had a $100 dollar bill. She gave me my total ($11 and change) and I pulled out my $100 bill and she went “oh out of 100” in a snarky tone. I don’t like to break hundreds on small orders but that’s all I had other than a card I only use in emergency’s. She takes the hundred and her coworker comes over and she say loudly “I’m trying to see if this is real or not” (what business in 2023 doesn’t have a machine or pen to test 100s). Then she goes on to say, loudly, “idk why they’re using 100 on such a small order” (again I didn’t want to but that’s all I had). She hands the 100 back and say in her snarky tone “we don’t have change for this” (first she didn’t even look in the cash drawer, second it’s Dunkin on a Tuesday afternoon you know you have change). She then says “I suggest you take this to a bank and have them split it” in a rude tone. I took it to jack in the box they had no problem splitting it. I’m a very anxious person and this was just my last straw with this dunkin. Anyways horrible experience just needed to rant.

Horrible dunkin. Worst one I have ever visited. They had no donuts in stock, my coffee was only half filled, and the egg and cheese biscuit I ordered was raw. The cheese was not melted on it was just a cold slice in top. 9 dollars for a cold uncooked egg and cheese biscuit and barely half a cappuccino. Dunkin needs to get it together

This location is terrible,I prefer the one on Reidville Rd. Ordered a Chai latte hot,gave me a cold one and it tasted like only milk with cinnamon ,couldn’t tell it had any tea at all. Would have exchanged but was in a hurry and this location has gotten it wrongmany times. Lackluster food & watered down or milky drinks

I have been to many Dunkin’ Donuts but this one is my favorite. I had been going almost every morning. I get decaf for medical purposes and even when I forgot to ask for decaf they knew to make it decaf. My breakfast sandwich’s and coffee were always spot on. I have moved away from this area now but will miss my consistently great experiences.
