I’ve been to all of the DDs in Florence and this one never fails to be the worst. This is the only one that has ever gotten one of my orders completely wrong. And every single time I order an iced chai from here it’s always mainly milk. Today was even worse. There was hardly any chai flavor and was almost completely milk. As soon as I had a sip of it my stomach immediately felt it. I hate drinking mostly milk. Disgusting.

I only gave her one because there were no other options. Went through the drive-through, attempting to order a pretty basic order large iced coffee, unsweetened hazelnut, whole milk, sweeten low. The young lady taking my order has obviously not ready. Nothing serious doing so I had to continuously repeat myself. I chose to tell the young lady never mind and attempted to drive off. Me and your employee is hanging out the drive-through window hollering at me in a very unprofessional manner. I work very close by your establishment and . This dunkin donuts has really gone down hill with its service. A lot of the employees are beyond rude. They always wanna rush you to make your order in the drive thru & then rush you at the window even if nobody is behind you. It’s super annoying. I wish they would get better staff because who wants to start their morning off with attitudes & bad customer service? Not me…

The only reason I gave two starts is because the guy who took my order had a cheerful attitude. Oh and the lady who handed me my order was pleasant…. Otherwise, my visit confirmed why I generally do not like Dunkin Donuts! The coffee tastes like water, snackin bacon is served cold and greasy, and they don’t even provide napkins with the order.
