This was my extra cream cheese bagel this morning. There’s not even enough to cover the bagel when I PAY FOR EXTRA CREAM CHEESE. I have called to complain multiple times. Management does nothing to correct employees on making food correctly.

I come to this place every morning when I drop my daughter off at McDonald’s. I love a butter pecan coffee is my favorite However my daughter came back home upset because she said that she was eating lunch there in the lobby from McDonalds as she done many times before but today some old lady working there walked up to them and told them that she had to purchase something to eat in the lobby. So she left. This same lady had the audacity to call my daughters job and ban her from coming back to Dunkin’ Donuts for being disrespectful when she didn’t say anything to her! Now her boss is disappointed in her and thinks she’s a horrible person! Who does this?!?

Lady at the register was not bright at all. I had to explain my order like 6 times. Which was just to have the turtle latte blended to be a frozen coffee… She also didn’t bother asking if I wanted to use my rewards and by time I pulled my phone out to do it she said it was too late.

I encountered the kindest workers at Dunkin’ today. Stopped with my kids for a quick coffee break. The cashier engaged them immediately in conversation about their stuffed turtle and the field trip we had been on. I would describe every person we encountered as pleasant, kind, and helpful. The store was neat and clean and our order was good but the people here are what makes it great.

Whoever is the kid at the drive through needs a reality check. Taking orders with an airpod in one ear, being rude, had an attitude. This has had a couple times now. Hopefully someone in management sees this and corrects this. Can’t even get a “have a good day” smh

I took my mom to Dunkin Donuts for valentine’s day. It was a terrific idea. The service was awesome, and the food was very delicious, very creatively made and the filling inside the doughnuts was really satisfying. I also loved their frozen coffee. You could taste every flavor in the coffee made to perfection.
