The food and service are at par. What. I’m writing about is the stores lack of cleanliness. Dirty floors with bits of food in the corners, countertops with spills on them ( and nobody bothered to clean it up), and the last thing was a moldy counter sticking out of another counter. I looked down at it and was revulsed at the site. This was at the outside serving area. The line of mold ( black) was about a foot long. I will be posting this on other sites. Please clean it up. Won’t be going back.

I normally go to this dunkin and don’t ever have any issues up until recent; orders getting wrong after repeatedly correcting the order to the workers. Today I went through the drive through as I normally do, and immediately the blonde girl with glasses, im assuming new because i havent seen her, taking my order had an awful attitude because she couldnt hear me over the road, once at the window, she continued with her attitude. She was told at least three separate occasions what the order was, due to the other people in the car telling her, and still the order was taken wrong. She was alerted that the order was incorrect and was rolling her eyes, and continuing with a tone as i was telling her what the order was supposed to be. Another coworker came up to the window after that and tried to fix it which I appreciate, but the order still ended up incorrect.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Went around 8AM on a Saturday, and donuts weren’t made fresh. All our donuts that were supposed to have filling didn’t really have any in it. Maybe less than a dollop worth. Iced coffee was made well.

I gave it an extra star just because it had dine-in. I could never understand how anyone could order a doughnut without seeing in person or reading it on line what they had. Which you could do neither in the drive thru. Store had a dated feel but clean and very open floor plan. Selection of seating inside and outside. Large variety of doughnuts, rolls, muffins, crullers and munchkins donut holes. Also, hot and cold brews made to your liking. We shared a chocolate covered roll with Bavarian Kreme and a coffee cake muffin. Standard fare of bakery items.

This place is Horrible, we placed an order for 2 Bacon egg and cheese biscuits and a Iced coffee, by the time we got our food the coffee had even melted, food was cold, when called back and spoke to manager she said we have a 80 yr old lady cooking , if you can go faster come on in and do it.
